I had a very misleading experience with Nooro's return policy. They make it incredibly difficult to return items, and there are so many hoops to jump through. However, the reality was quite different when I tried to initiate a return. Nooro insisted they didn't cover any return charges despite their website stating otherwise. I even provided them with a screenshot of their website showing that they claimed to cover "shipping charges."
It's puzzling why they include an "s" with "shipping charges" if they don't cover more than one shipping charge. I've seen many negative reviews on other websites regarding their return process, with some people claiming it cost them over $40 for return shipping.

I charged three pads overnight; out of the three, only one lasted 4 minutes. The other two wouldn't vibrate or do anything at all. I attempted to connect them to different outlets, but none worked. They lit up in blue, indicating they should be functioning, but I couldn't feel any vibrations. I'm starting to suspect that this might be a scam. Unfortunately, the conversation with Customer Service ended abruptly when they hung up on me. Frustrated by the lack of support, I decided to call back, only to be told again that there was nothing they could do until after the seemingly interminable 24-day waiting period.
