    Stay Away From G-Plans

    I signed up for the G-Plan in conjunction with my first month of drugs. There changed into a mixture up and I got double charged for the meal plan, which I never used and did not locate beneficial. Although they took my money proper away for the first month of medication, it took nearly 2 months to get an appointment with a physician. After the appointment, which went thoroughly, no problems, my medicine got here proper away.

    The second month I turned into dispatch the wrong dosage and have now been almost three weeks without medicinal drug with just an electronic mail response from three weeks ago that they'll investigate it. I actually have due to the fact canceled my G-Plan app. Suddenenly preventing the drugs has been very difficult on my system and am now seeing my non-public GP for help. I could no longer advocate this agency.

    Overpriced and Overrated

    The more expensive and free applications perform the same function. The apps don't have companies or menus that are tracked on the caloric monitor as it's a generic number of calories you can read, which means the results will differ. I appreciate that they have food, but it's ..... they are expensive. Eight meals can cost as much as the cost of a car. This program and app could be unique if they modified the program and decreased the prices.

    Frustrations, Worries And Concerns

    I still don't have my medication, and began the process a week ago. I made all the payments quickly, but I'm still waiting to get started. The communication is far from smooth - I'm stuck dealing with a customer service bot that takes hours to respond, which always seems to happen in the middle of the night. It's not helpful at all!

    I'm really hoping that everything goes well with the medication and my upcoming doctor's appointments. I can't help but worry that this might be some scam!

    App Issues and Scams

    The app only works for me about 50% of the time; the other half, it's completely unresponsive. My "Home Screen" has been blank for the past two weeks. Since they outsource the medication, I never know when it's coming or how to track it. When I signed up, the "free meals" were a scam; when I read the fine print, I realized they were trapping me into a contract for several weeks and tons of money.

    Regret Trying a Customized Meal-Plan Service

    After seeing their customized meal-plan service advertised online, I was curious and decided to give it a sign... I wish I had read the reviews first! The app is terrible, barely offering any rotation in recipes, and then when I tried to cancel so I wouldn't be charged again... it put me through a million prompts before saying I had to CALL to cancel! I don't live in the US; why should I have to make an international call to cancel? Then, despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service with no response and putting my account on pause, they automatically charged me again a month later. I had to cancel my card, so they can't get more.

    Unfavorable Experience With G-Plans

    I wouldn't recommend G-Plans or their product at all. I received a fraud alert from my bank, and after reviewing the feedback, I decided to pursue a refund. I then discovered that the medication they entice you with is not included in the price. I promptly requested a refund within six hours. However, I was informed that if I didn't "follow the program to a T," I wouldn't be eligible for a refund. Being a retired senior citizen on a fixed income, it wasn't delightful to see that they didn't consider my circumstances. All in all, I would strongly advise against dealing with them.

    Who would like to join me in a CLASS ACTION SUIT against G-Plans for THEFT OF MONEY? I did not authorize G-Plans to charge my bank card for anything, but they trusted me for their most expensive plan. They told me the only way to get a refund was to complete a 6-month program and not lose 15% of my body weight. ONLY THEN will my money be returned. This company is filled with thieves and extortionists.

    Nightmare Experience with G-Plans

    I would never do business with G-Plan's company. I entered their website to find out if they charged less for the medication than I got from the pharmacy. I received two boxes of warm food, which I couldn't eat because it arrived friendly. Not to mention, I didn't order any food. They took an arbitrary $198 for what they said were doctors' fees. Well, I never saw a doctor either. So they charged me $198 for nothing. And I never got any medicine either.

    I had a terrible experience with their customer service, received subpar meals, and was charged multiple times. They initially caught my attention with an advertisement for medicine I was keen on. They enticed me with the promise of five "free" meals, which was far from appetizing. To make matters worse, I never received the medicine I wanted. Despite canceling the meal service, they continued sending them and charging me repeatedly.

    I suspect that many others might be facing similar issues because reaching anyone in their customer service department seems nearly impossible. It's been a frustrating waste of both my time and money.

    Zero-Star Scam Alert

    ZERO STARS. I feel scammed and strongly advise against signing up or downloading the G-Plans! I've been constantly charged for things I never signed up for, and it's been weeks of frustration trying to sift through their misleading advertisements. It's just not worth it. What's even more infuriating is that they don't bother disclosing or informing you that certain states, like my own California, don't allow prescriptions to be filled at the pharmacies G Plans has contracts with. So, after waiting for 30 days, I ended up with a whopping $229 charge and absolutely nothing to show for it.

    I feel like it's a gimmick. G-Plans convinced me to sign up for a discounted plan, but when I checked the fine print, it said there were no refunds. It's frustrating because getting through to their customer service is complex, and their response time is prolonged.

    The food they want me to eat is not something I would typically have in my kitchen, and if I were to buy it all, it would be pretty expensive. I decided not to accept the free food they offered, and I didn't provide them with my insurance information, even though they asked for it. Now, I'm just out $230.00, which is disappointing.

    I wouldn't recommend this company, and from what I've heard, most people don't recommend it either.

    Scam!!! I can't believe I fell for it. I thought the medicine was part of the package, so I signed up for the 8-month plan, thinking it would be a great deal. But little did I know, they paid an extra $330 for the medicine, plus a $16 fee. I ended up shelling out $840 for just seven months!

    I tried desperately to cancel my subscription within an hour, but no customer service was available, and no one responded to my chat messages. In a panic, I called my bank and had my card canceled to stop any more charges. They told me I could file a dispute once all the orders arrived. This whole situation has been a nightmare!

    Unjustified Charges and the Scam I Encountered

    I also had my money stolen from G-Plans! I visited their website but never signed up for anything, yet they claimed I did. Approximately 35 days later, I noticed they had charged my PayPal account for their plan! I NEVER ORDERED IT! It's incredibly convenient for them to trust me over 30 days after they alleged I signed up, and what's worse, they refuse to refund any of my money. This is a scam if I ever saw one! They shouldn't be allowed to conduct business in the US. How dare these companies amass millions of dollars by robbing other people's hard-earned money? I should feel ashamed, but I sit back, seemingly without a conscience, and line my pockets with our dollars.

    My Troubling Experience With G-Plans

    This is how I would express the same sentiment in the first person: It was a horrible experience, and I want to share my story to warn you against trusting G-Plans. They were liars, taking your money without intending to deliver on their promises. After they had already received the payment, I was left waiting for information about my order and doctor's appointment.

    Instead of providing the information I needed, they emailed me to schedule an appointment with the doctor. To my dismay, they were now demanding even more money, something they had never mentioned. It felt like they were trying to extort more money from me. I decided to cancel my dealings with them because this was bad business practice, and I could no longer trust them.

    The real trouble began when I tried to get my $129.00 refunded. I've been going back and forth with them, and all they're willing to refund is $87.00. They even suggested that I use the remaining money to purchase from them. I refuse to accept such an unfair resolution, and I've repeatedly asked them to refund me entirely, but they keep refusing.

    At this point, I have no choice but to involve my lawyer. If necessary, I'll take legal action against them because their behavior is unacceptable. Given how they treat customers, I'm starting to believe that they might be a scam operation. Please take my advice and steer clear of them – it's better to be safe than sorry. Don't deal with them; they are nothing but rip-offs.

    I paid a whopping $110 for six months, which sums up to a total of $420. I thought it was a reasonable deal at the time, but boy, was I wrong! When I logged into the app, they surprised me with an additional charge of $280 for medication. I couldn't believe it. What frustrated me even more was that they didn't bother explaining this extra cost when I signed up.

    I reluctantly thought, "Okay, maybe it's too cheap for medication to be included," but here's the kicker: they demanded payment for the medication before allowing me to see a doctor, and you need to see the doctor first to get the drug. Feeling trapped, I regrettably paid the extra amount.

    As luck would have it, the doctor failed to attend the appointment not once but twice! I waited patiently for 6 hours and 25 minutes the first time, and nothing happened. The second time, it was déjà vu all over again – no doctor in sight. What's worse, this app doesn't offer any absolute customer service. No matter how many times I tried calling, there was no answer. I ONLY GOT AUTOMATED MESSAGES when I attempted to reach out via chat. It's safe to say I fell victim to my gullibility and feel wholly swindled.

    I purchased the G-plan program for a month and was in a frustrating situation. They overcharged me and are now refusing to give me my money back. The overall experience with their customer service, particularly Ashley, was highly disappointing as she was rude and unhelpful.

    It's important to clarify that I never intended to buy this program in the first place. Despite that, I was assured a refund at the time of purchase, which they have failed to honor. All I want is my money back, but they seem unwilling to provide that.

    Given my experience, I feel compelled to warn anyone considering purchasing anything from Dr. Philip Goglia's company. Be cautious because they have demonstrated poor customer service and appear willing to take money without authorization. I want everyone to have full awareness of the kind of service they might encounter when dealing with this organization.

    A Disastrous Experience

    I want to express my frustration with G-Plans. If it were possible, I would give them zero stars at all. My experience with G-Plans has been incredibly disappointing. They essentially took my money and are refusing to provide a refund.

    I initially signed up for their month-long trial, which cost me around $30. The website clearly states that they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. However, after closely examining the app and its features, I canceled my subscription on the same day. It couldn't have been more than 10 minutes since I signed up.

    To my shock, I later noticed they had charged my credit card an additional $205.99. This was utterly unacceptable. I've been diligently trying to get a refund for the past ten days, but their customer support team insists that because it was a "sale item," no refunds are allowed. This is even the email proof of my cancellation and their subsequent unauthorized charge to my card.

    To make matters even more suspicious, they claim to have "transitioned my account to the free plan," which indicates that they received my cancellation request. It's evident to me that this company is engaged in deceptive practices, and I can't help but feel like I've fallen victim to a scam.

    A Frustration-Filled Journey

    I tried to cancel on the website, and after going through the whole thing, I was directed to call someplace in Southern California. I left a message four times, balancing.

    Meanwhile, they did not cancel and started sending me boxes of damaged food sent back to them by UPS with notifications that the packaging was inadequate. Of course, I never received the food, didn't order it, and canceled my subscription before all this, but I was charged anyway for two boxes of food.

    Will they refund it? Nope. Why not? They blame UPS for damaging it. UPS says they sent the packages back and emailed them, notifying them of the requirements to package food better.

    G-Plans had or had some significant problems, perhaps financial but probably ethical. I'm not sure if they've fixed those problems, but one thing is for sure: they are real jerks when it comes to doing the right thing and refunding a person who has done nothing wrong.

    Deceptive Company With G-Plans

    I want to share my negative review. G-Plans is a complete SCAM. They promised me 7 days of free access, but they deducted the money from my account without any prior notice when I signed up. They are entirely unresponsive to my emails, and in one of their responses, they claimed that my subscription is set to be canceled a year from now. This is ridiculous! I never intentionally signed up for this service in the first place.

    Furthermore, I haven't received any information or access to their food plan. Whenever I attempt to log in, it's impossible. So, essentially, I paid several hundred euros for absolutely NOTHING. I strongly urge everyone to BEWARE OF G-Plans. These unscrupulous individuals swindled my hard-earned money.

    Nightmarish Experience with The G-Plans : More Interested in Money Than Customers

    G-Plans is disturbing. The meal plan they sent me came all soggy and spoiled. THEY KEPT SENDING ME THE SAME STUFF when I tried to cancel my subscription. I was so frustrated that I threw the last box straight into the dumpster. Then, I scheduled an appointment with a doctor they claimed to have, but that doctor never showed up for the Zoom call.

    To make matters worse, they charged my account $168 for it! I've sent countless emails and made numerous phone calls but haven't received any response from them. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I can't help but feel like they're overwhelmed with angry customers like me.

    Their advertising department deserves an award for creating those enticing videos and making promises that never actually come true. It's clear that they're not interested in helping people; they want to take your money!

My wife fell victim to their monthly program, and attempting to cancel it has been an absolute nightmare. Regrettably, there appears to be no accessible customer service to assist you. No matter how hard you try, getting in touch with a natural person is nearly impossible. Regrettably, they will persistently siphon funds from your bank account.     Bad Customer Service And Bad Experience

    My experience with G-Plan's customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I was assured a full refund on Friday, July 28th, 2023. I faced technical difficulties with their website that prevented me from using their services, and I reached out to Vincent for a refund of $239. However, as of August 15th, 2023, I have yet to receive the services I paid for, and to make matters worse, they are now only offering a refund of $198. They essentially took $41 from me without providing anything in return.

    The entire process has been a nightmare, and at this point, it feels like I would have been better off going to a clinic for a simpler and less frustrating experience. Vincent's attitude has been dismissive and unhelpful. He even became confrontational when I requested a full refund despite all the issues and glitches that prevented me from accessing my appointment.

    Their attempts to upsell additional programs come across as shady and insincere. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them, especially if it's through Groupon. It's clear to me that this is a scam. Better options are available where you can spend less money and have a face-to-face consultation with a legitimate doctor at a wellness clinic.
