Very disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend it. My sister to make an appointment online, I went today to her work, but it was closed. When she called, she was informed that the Paramus office was closed for the day, which nobody had told her about. They then said that they don't accept our insurance. However, on the website, our insurance is listed. Very rude and unprofessional

It's very disappointing
The doctor was amiable and thorough. I rate the visit a three because I was informed, before scheduling an appointment, that their office was working with my insurance company, and I was sent a set of documents via email to fill out. Following my position, I was handed more paperwork and informed that the office was not covered by insurance! It's very disappointing because I was taken in under pretenses. My insurance coverage out of pocket was already covered, which is why I initially saw this kind of doctor. This meant I had to pay the out-of-network cost. If I had known I had to pay, I would have opted for another clinic.
