Office did not forward the documents
We had Dr. Babich's practice for more than ten years to treat our twins and spent many thousands of dollars up until the time came to change practices because our daughters weren't older enough to be a regular dentist appointments. A little over a month before changing dentist we wrote to the office (there is evidence that they actually received our message) inquiring them to forward our daughter's dental records at the dental office of their new one. Assuming they received them that day, the girls attended the new dental office that performed dental examinations. They even took the full mouth Xrays performed by Dr. Babich's office just five months prior. Evidently, her office did not forward the documents for the dentist who was hired! In response to my request to refund the money, Dr. Babich's office gave us a letter stating that they do not have a policy to offer refunds in any circumstance! It's a extremely bad business practice that has no customer support! In addition, my two daughters have never been a fan of this type of practice. The girls were correct. It was not until late! We are very sorry to you Babich, Dr. Babich, for your lack of customer care! Ps. Don't get too excited about the many 5 or 4 stars reviews. Wait until the day arrives to change your dentist and you'll learn fast about the practice. In addition to the review I wrote, you can read another review that addresses the same problem!
No hesitation
I can't say enough good things regarding Dr. Sara and her pediatric dental practice. Our child needed emergency treatment, and with no hesitation, she did not just provide expert therapy to our son and attended to grandparents and parents - providing exceptional bedside manners, compassion, concern, and care. Thanks for Sara Dr. Sara and her entire staff.
Awe-inspiring
Dr. Babich is awe-inspiring. She is amazing! I would highly recommend her. My son is a difficult patient. She remained calm with him, and she walked him through each process. She truly cares about her patients needs! She's fantastic with children. Five stars!
Such excellent care
Dr. Babich and her dental office have provided a pleasant, warm, and safe space for the entire family for over 13 years. She makes visiting the dentist much less frightening than I remember when I was a kid. Thank you for taking such excellent care of my kids.
Disappointing Customer Service at Dr. Babich's Practice
I used Dr. Babich's practice for over a decade and spent thousands of dollars on my twin daughters' dental care. However, when it came time to switch to a new dentist, we were disappointed to learn that Dr. Babich's office had not sent our daughters' records as requested. Upon complaining and requesting a refund, we were told that it is their policy not to provide refunds under any circumstances. My daughters never enjoyed their experiences at the practice, and it seems they were right to feel that way. I would not recommend Dr. Babich's course due to their lack of customer service.
It was not ethical practice!
While Dr. Babich is quite pleasant, Dr. Babich and the team do not adhere to requests that are not the best for their financial interests. We stayed faithful to all suggestions and paid vast sums to get our child to visit Dr. Babich. When the time came for our daughter to visit one of the adult dentists, we could not convince the office to transfer the dental records of our daughter. This meant we had to spend considerable extra money for re-taking all of the x-rays that were taken in the beginning. It was not ethical.

Dr Sara is the best!!
Little kids can be whiners but Dr Babich was unfazed; calm and gentle and assured. She is extremely patient and knows how to make children feel comfortable and safe in her office.Her pediatric dental office is great, full of helpful staff, and smiling kids.This is a place you want to bring your child.

She also works with our orthodontist to provide overall dental treatment. She is a great doctor. Dr Babich has been an amazing dentist
Dr. Babich has been an amazing dentist. She is friendly and patient with my children, especially my naive younger child. She helps put the children at ease, and her gift bags enthrall them. She's been there for my son's two dental emergencies and has calmed me down! We've been with her for 13 years and would highly recommend her.

Dr. Sara has been our kids' pediatric dentist for the last 15 years, and the kids have always had a great time visiting her. Sara and her team have always been very efficient and quick in responding to us regarding any queries or concerns we might have. We're particularly grateful for how she collaborates with their dentist to ensure they receive complete dental care. It includes regular check-ups and electronically transferring x-rays and other notes of treatment when needed. We feel very at ease and safe in Dr. Babich's chair. My children love the TVs, sunglasses, a selection of flavored toothpaste, and of course, the whole present bag after leaving. My children aren't great at sitting still, but Dr. Babich, together with her team, helps to relax them and ensure they feel at ease.
