An Inconvenient T-Shirt Shopping Experience
I bought a few Liverpool shirts for my husband recently, and let's just say it was kind of a mess. He had this Adidas Liverpool shirt someone gave him one time that he loved - people were always complimenting it and stuff. So I figured I'd grab him some more and i went to the shop but when I got there, it was locked up tight as a drum with a sign saying they were closed.
I called the number on the door and the lady who answered sounded annoyed that I even asked if they were open. She told me the site hadn't been updated and the store was shut down permanently. Since Id already drove over there, she agreed to meet me even though she was clearly not into it. I guess she happened to be nearby.
Gotta give props to that lady for coming out even though helping me was probably the last thing she felt like doing. In the end I got the shirts but between the closed store and unhelpful attitude on the phone, the whole experience left a lot to be desired. It was needlessly difficult to get something as simple as a couple t-shirts.
At least my husband likes them!

Recently I ordered a custom printed t-shirt from this company called Hsoab. Gotta say, when I opened the package and saw the actual shirt, I was super bummed. The print quality was straight up awful compared to how nice it looked on their website.
The colors on the real shirt were dull and faded looking, not vibrant like in the pic online and and the details of the design were so blurry you could barely make out what it was supposed to be. It seriously seemed like bait and switch bs to me.
I get that sometimes there's small differences between the digital preview and the final product. But this was way beyond acceptable in my opinion. The real shirt looked nothing like what I ordered.
So I reached out to Hsoab to see if I could get my money back or a replacement or something. But their customer service was useless. I sent a bunch of emails and tried to call but never got any response. It was so frustrating feeling ignored when I just wanted the shirt I paid for.
Basically I'm mad I didn't get what was advertised. And Im even more annoyed that the company won't make it right or even talk to me about it. Super uncool. I'd definitely think hard before ever ordering from them again. And I'd warn others to watch out too in case they get screwed over like I did.
Nonexistent customer service
There was no service follow-up from their CS team. I ordered four shirts and was ecstatic when the order arrived, and after it was delivered, I only got 3 of the 4 I had paid for. Then I discovered that one of the shirts I received was not one I had ordered. I emailed the closest to customer support I could locate but haven't heard back from them. Please answer.
