Extra fabric is in the clothes, and they don't offer a refund! Worst customer service! It covers up their awful policy and faulty products! Don't purchase from this business! It can take up to one month or more to receive your order. My order took nearly 30 days. I did not ever receive my entire order. After receiving half of the items weren't what I wanted or were different from those in the photo and had different styles. Some things had extra fabric inside them, which could be an error in manufacturing or something. The company refuses to accept them back. I was in town working when they showed up, so I didn't get to see their 15-day return. Now I'm left with discarded clothes that I cannot give away! Spend your money elsewhere! The customer service was highly insensitive and unsupportive despite their poor-quality clothes!

They are the cheapest Hit, that is. The size of everything is way too small. If you purchase the size of a large, it's similar to an XXL. If you choose XXL, it's larger or medium. All the items I ordered were damaged, defective, or too cheap that I wouldn't wear them. You can save yourself money by advising that they should go for a walk on an uninspiring pier.

I am thrilled with all the items I purchased on 8/18/22. I have since received it. They are comfortable and stylish. They arrived in separate packaging (which I suspected was possible). However, it took nearly 1 (1) month to deliver the final item. I received it on 9/15/22. It caused me some confusion when trying to track the order's fulfillment.

The jeans were not stitched at the waist for the second time I wore them. One of the tops is too small and too large. The jacket arrived with a terrible smell. The only item of clothing that lived up to the description was the pants with lining.

The time was too long between when an order was made and when the last item was delivered. Most of the things were of poor bad quality, poorly made, incorrectly sized, or poorly built. The jewelry is delicate. The gold color is worn off of one ring. Unsatisfied.

Scandalous practice and unprofessional
It was advertised as Birkenstocks. They're cork and plastic sandals. I requested a refund and received roughly $11 back for a purchase of $30. This is a scandalous practice and unprofessional.

The clothes were gorgeous. However, they were in an awkward shape. I'm not sure if this is due to my body type however I believe they were designed for tall, slim ladies, and not for petite curvy women. I'm not thrilled about this. I must return the items all...to China, at my cost. I'm not sure if I would ever solicit assistance from them.
Excellent customer service
Three different items were purchased from this store recently. Two of the three items arrived within a few days. One was sent by a third party and took longer, but my excellent customer service found him within hours.
A second package had a missing item. It is now being sent again without any questions. All items (dresses, sweatshirts, and shoes) looked exactly like the online photos. The customer service team was friendly, efficient, professional, and polite.
