Man, oh man! What an excellent app! The merchandise is great quality and the prices are amazing. I'm amazed at the gigantic selection of products. I can find almost anything I'm looking for. Temu is amazing! I'm addicted, placed 11 orders in barely over a mo. prices can't be beat, many of their products are also available on Amazon. turnaround is surprisingly quick. I've not returned anything so far. I was leary at 1st, 1st order was very small but since I've gone nuts.

I was looking for something for my kid online, but couldn't find it. Temu came up in search and I bought a bunch of things at the end. They are not the best quality but worth it for the price. They're swift, but some take a while; ultimately, they're all excellent value for the money. I would love to repurchase it. Make sure to leave room for error as there are missing pieces. It's generally okay, though.

I came across this company and decided to try it out. I was highly impressed by the level of customer service. My order arrived late, but Temu offered me credit for the delay, which I believe was not their responsibility. You can't control shipping. The quality of the products was excellent. Shoes run a little small. I would suggest going 1/2 size bigger. However, I was awestruck by the total credit. Therefore, I purchased more and was not disappointed whatsoever. I want to thank Temu for your sincerity.

I had a frustrating experience with this company. Despite the website indicating that my order would be shipped from the US, it was actually shipped from China and took over three weeks to arrive. The tracking information has since stopped updating, and I have not received my items.
When I contacted customer service, they offered a $5 credit but my order was $95. I requested a full refund, but was told it was under review. This company seems to be unreliable and I would not recommend them.
They also ship within around a week.

There are a few items that were made cheaply (you buy what you receive at times); however, for the most part, I'm very impressed with their quality items! They also ship within around a week.

What has impressed me the most is how precise and professional the website they run! I've never encountered a business with a website as professional as theirs. I decided to buy something I wanted, but not too costly, to ensure it wasn't a scam. These items are adorable, and I'm so excited to gift these gifts at Christmas. I'll need to purchase the wine to go with it. The package also contained a bonus of three gift cards. I'll be ordering via Temu again. The delivery was within seven days, which is not the time I had hoped.

I wouldn't say I liked the earrings, but for the cost, I'd be capable of giving them away. The bracelets were lovely and well-constructed. The ears fit me in a way that none else could. They were easy to pair and had excellent audio. I ordered a pair of headphones that fit over my ear work well, and feel comfortable. I'll be buying from them again in the future.

Do not believe the pictures of the dolls. The company's ships are from China. However, beauty is safe for a young child. However, it's not designed and intended for collectors. Shipping is slow. It is made of vinyl and cannot pose as it is shown.

I purchased three vegetable cutters for my XMAS stocking gifts. Three of the boxes were damaged due to an unsuitable shipping container. The choppers were shipped in an envelope, not in a corrugated container. Fortunately, there was no damage to the helicopters; however, the containers (folding cartons) that the choppers were delivered from looked like things you could donate to a good cause. I'm not happy about this lack of care regarding the shipping method for these products.

For example, I bought knit shoes, which were very well-made. They were delivered immediately and trendy. The prices were unbelievable. It's not a lie; I love the designer brand I have... However, Temu has me without designer brand names, but with the quality of their construction and appealing designs. The range of products includes everything from clothing to tech and household items. Discounts and incentives are plentiful... and since it's the newest money-saving tool available there...I would recommend visiting Temu.com.

I am distraught and will never shop with Temu again
I made the mistake of trusting Temu and ordered winter boots from them at a supposed 80% discount. However, after filling out all the necessary information, they added all sorts of charges to my order, bringing the total to over $20. Worse, they didn't even have the sizes I needed. To top it off, I received a call from my bank asking about an order from a company with a different name, and they said the security number was wrong. The Temu website I used was fake, and the bank is charging them with fraud. I am distraught and will never shop with Temu again.
