Not Fulfill Basic Need and Slow Responce
They've been incredibly slow in responding to requests and are unable to fulfill the most basic requirements. I've been asked five times to change the nameservers of an account after they stated that it would be done. I'm considering taking the entire domain from DAN and switching to a different service such as Escrow.com in the meantime. Receiving very mixed communications from DAN. They have also stopped selling domains registered with the SAV registrar, and they refuse to provide a reason why.
Criminal Domain Practices
It is surely unconstitutional. Domains are bought by people who are not using them and offer them to the public at very high costs. So, anyone who owns the official name for their company cannot purchase the domain. This is a terrible act. Such terrible actions should not be permitted.
Smooth Domain Transfer Marred by Unwanted Emails
Experiencing the transfer of the domain I bought was a breeze. Yet, the persistent and bothersome emails urging me to finalize my domain transfer a week after completing the process were quite frustrating. These repetitive and unnecessary messages consumed valuable time as I double-checked my account, only to confirm that my domain transfer had indeed been completed without any issues.
Be careful, they don't pay!!!!
I sold a domain through them, a month later they have not paid and the domain has already been transferred
Slow Domain Transfer Process
Unbelievably slow. For some reason, dan.com doesn't have the domains they are selling in their registrar, and I find the owners slow to respond to dan.com, which makes the transfer process very painful for me.
Domain Purchase Gone Wrong
So far, this has been the worst experience ever with Dan.com. I bought a $5,000 domain, and then Dan.com immediately crashed. It crashed twice, so I had to wait until Monday because their tech support only keeps regular hours. Today is Monday, and I've spent two hours trying to get my DNS settings changed, but there's still an issue on their end.
Poor Experience Web Address Negotiations and Legalities
I made an offer for a web address. The owner made a counteroffer. This rejected my initial request. After sending their counteroffer, the address owner accepted my offer. I can't believe they did that. You can't return and try to get my offer after making a counteroffer. A counteroffer is a clear rejection of the initial request. But Dan.com attempted to force me to pay them for it. It took weeks of explaining this repeatedly and citing legal law before they finally canceled the transaction.
While I acknowledge that they have a decent service and do a fine job of their business, they have a lot to learn when it comes to legality.
Victim to a Domain Scam, Warning to Others
I purchased a domain and didn't do anything with it because I wasn't ready yet. I just wanted the domain. I don't know anything about domain transfers. They had told me they would send me instructions to make a domain transfer, but no instructions were ever sent. A year later, I reached out to them, and they told me that the domain I purchased had expired after 30 days of not transferring. They never sent the transfer instructions or warned me that it could or would expire. They won't let me have the domain or give me a refund. These guys are total scam artists, no doubt.
Experience With A Deceptive Domain Marketplace
Scam. Dan.com doesn't disclose domain info. There's a vast majority of used domains with toxic link profiles you can never eliminate. You'll only see it with special professional tools.
I'm not responsible for anything; I'll happily take your money and won't return it even if you ask me on the same day.
This is immoral since a marketplace should protect buyers, but that's not the case here. You'd better go to Sedo.com or Flippa; at least you have some protection.
In an actual marketplace, everything would be disclosed to the buyer. I resist doing that.
Poor Customer Service and Domain Transfer Issues
I'm incredibly frustrated with the poor customer service I've experienced. Dan.com takes a whole day to reply to emails and is not helpful. It's been ten days, and I still haven't been able to transfer my domain.
In response to their undeveloped reply, I explained that I had followed their instructions to transfer my domain. However, their website wasn't functioning correctly, and I kept receiving an error message that said, "Sorry, we cannot do this at this time; please try later." I attempted multiple times, but the outcome was always the same. I even provided my ID and password to their team in hopes of resolving the issue, but there was still no progress. The lack of support and efficiency is beyond frustrating.
Inept Domain Purchase Experience
I purchased a domain but couldn't secure it for some reason. None of it made sense to me, and it took them several days to inform me that it wasn't possible. They did promise to issue a refund eventually.
It should have been a straightforward transaction, but they completely fumbled it, and I didn't feel like I was a priority. Furthermore, it's frustrating when a website advertises products for sale that you can't purchase.
Unpleasant Experience with Dan.com
Dan.com seems like a scam to me. I purchased a domain from Godaddy a while ago, but I forgot to renew it, so Godaddy sold it to Dan.com, which is their partner or co-owned by them. Dan.com then sold me my domain for $180, but their email with instructions ended up in my spam folder. Now, I'm attempting to transfer my part, and they want to charge me $85 for the transfer, or I can pay Godaddy $65 to negotiate with them, which is quite amusing. They won't initiate the transfer until they receive payment, and I feel they'll incur more charges. It's frustrating, and I can't comprehend why they expect me to pay multiple times for the same thing.
Frustrating Experience with Dan.com's Customer Service
I continue to ask for my username, even though I provided it when I signed up and in response to my "transfer specialist's" message. Even though I paid in full, Dan.com threatened to lose the domain name and my money if I didn't provide the username. I can't believe a company as good as GoDaddy is affiliated with a company that acts like scammers.
Scam all the way
if a domain is abandoned by a scammer then they won't tell you who the new owner of the domain will be and if he is the same person. But legally the new owner has to compensate the victim and so is the dan.com. they work with scammers and gets money for it
The communications were good
I was puzzled about what the procedure was. I had purchased a domain that required me to pass through Dan.com and another website before transferring it to my preferred. The communications were good, and I could follow the steps and receive my domain.
Likely popular
It's hard to judge the website because it is up for auction, but there's no website in the sense of a site. However, there is a seller. He is seeking a high cost in exchange for the domain. The domain is likely popular.
I was not happy
I recently landed and was wasting an hour of my time. Excellent experience; however, I was not happy to be required to set up an account with the seller's transfer agent so that they could complete the deal. I've always thought the Germans earlier were a lot easier to transfer.
The procedure went pretty smoothly
This was my first attempt at making this transfer, and I understood the process. The instructions on how to transfer seemed a bit ambiguous. But, the procedure went pretty smoothly after I had figured out what I needed to do through my registrar's site.
It's just ridiculous.
I purchased a domain from their company. Instead of allowing me to transfer to a different registrar, they advised me to create an existing GoDaddy account and move it to an internal transfer through the company. The system is now telling me that a transfer has been blocked, and if I inquire further, this will happen as it was for the next 60 days. I've purchased several domains but have never experienced this type of mess. It's just ridiculous.
I couldn't finish the transaction
Everything went as planned and on time. At first, I was unsure why, if Go Daddy was the owner of Dan.com, I couldn't finish the transaction through Go Daddy as I already had a client. After my first experience, I'd recommend Dan.com once more.
The update wasn't completed
They informed me that they had modified the IPS tag, but one month later, the update wasn't completed. I'm not sure what they were saying when they said they had completed the update when they didn't. After a week, I did not have the domain I purchased and must chase it.
Its reliability
At first, I was a bit uncertain about its reliability since there was no confidence that the domain would be moved quickly upon the transfer of the funds. I would, however, like to inform you it was done in less than 24 hours following the payment.
A most pleasant overall experience
I have recently visited Avalon. Website and have had a most pleasant overall experience. The site is easy to use and user-friendly, and I quickly discovered the info I was seeking. The customer support was beneficial and prompt, promptly responding to any concerns or questions I raised. But, I have encountered minor glitches that could cause trouble, like the lengthy loading times on some pages and sometimes glitches on the search feature. In addition, I believe the Avalon. The website could use better product descriptions with more thorough and precise price information. However, overall I'd recommend Avalon—website to anyone else.
Overall, highly recommended.
Dan.com is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a secure and easy domain acquisition. The marketplace is fast and efficient, and the escrow services provided by Dan.com give peace of mind that the transaction will be completed smoothly. Overall, highly recommended.
I want from the beginning could be beneficial
The URL I bought is bound to GoDaddy for 60 days, and I need to get through to develop my site. Transferring the domain to the hoster I want from the beginning could be beneficial.
They were extremely helpful.
I purchased a domain with three letters from Dan. It was the first time I bought a part, but it went smoothly. In addition, I spoke to chat support anytime I had doubts about the process, and they were accommodating.
They are fantastic
They are fantastic. I purchased a domain for around $10k. The entire process happened in a week effortlessly and as fast as possible. The amount was deposited in my account. I am incredibly proud of the results.
I was not satisfied with the service provided to customers
I was not satisfied with the service provided to customers. The first representative was incredibly rude. The second agent was excellent. But she put a negative twist on my already tricky situation. Agents shouldn't be numb to those who aren't technologically proficient.
Everything went well
Everything went well. Because I was unsure of the procedure, I contacted them, and the person who responded could assist me in finishing the process without delay and without transferring to anyone else.
I was not pleased.
I was considering purchasing a domain, and I saw an option to make a custom offer with a relatively high amount. I entered it to contact the seller to determine whether they could lower the price. I had accidentally signed a legally binding contract with only one input box and checkbox, a single button, and an instant acceptance by the seller. The payment information was not entered, and there was nothing other than the vast agreement on terms and conditions that said anything regarding the importance of that tiny form. I was then contacted by multiple phone calls demanding that I either make a payment or take legal action. I was not pleased.
What ended up happening? It looks like I’m going through the same thing.
Excellent service
Excellent service. I bought the domain through this website. They promptly transferred my messages and also made the transaction very simple.
Patience and understanding
In the end, I didn't keep my .com domain after I transferred my .ca domain to Google from Can space. This meant that my .com part was bought immediately from ... the person. I didn't receive any notice from Can space about this happening, and I was convinced that my domain was, in essence, taken away from me. I thought that it was a fraud at first. The seller was aware of the value of my part, and I had to explain to him many times that I could simply afford the cost. We finally agreed, and I was sure I was expecting more. I am grateful to him for his patience and understanding. I'm glad that you were able to provide a safe environment for us to complete the transaction.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. They kept following me up and accusing me of being a fraud after discovering that the domain vendor didn't read their email,s and that I was following the correct procedure. They're unprofessional and don't seem to look at your situation.
Amazing Staff
Amazing Staff. I am so pleased with the dental care. Everyone at the Medical Clinic is kind and professional. Dr. Carter, Wendy, Parker, and everyone is unique. Very satisfied since I work in nursing as a nurse. I highly recommend this place. Thank you to all. God bless you all.
I was a bit cautious about working with them
I was a bit cautious about working with them, so I purchased some vanity URLs to see if it was worth the risk. It was straightforward, honest, and exactly the same thing I bought without hassle. I did have to jump through the hoops of transferring the temporary registry to them. I am thrilled with the process and the personal response and finalization of the transfer and purchase of them! I immediately moved to my own the following day.
It's free!
Namecheap was trying to hurt me with a charge of $4,000; however, when I worked with Dan.com, I was able to get it for only $900. Great experience! I was skeptical at first, and I did a search on Dan.com and came across several positive reviews. I have written one of these fantastic critiques: the)Best thing is, it's free!
I highly endorse Dan.com
I was astonished when I read the email about the domain name needing a new owner. I thought it would be more than just a chance that it was returned to me. The transaction was easy and fast. I highly endorse Dan.com to anyone looking for a domain name.
I don't believe there have been any issues
There were some reviews to read, and many were positive, but a few weren't great. I was initially a bit concerned; not everything seems to have been refined following the purchase. I don't believe there have been any issues with the payment or anything similar from what I can discern.
Very Happy
I purchased my Domain from Dan.com agents, who sent me emails throughout the course through the impressive transaction. I do not buy Domains. However, I owned the Domain I purchased a few times ago. I was looking to get it back to opening a business again, and it was there. I was able to make an offer and received a quick response and emails through each step until the transaction was completed. Very Happy
Overall, it was a great experience.
Our purchase of a new domain was simple. It might sound not very easy initially; however, if you go through the directions after purchasing, there are only two steps to transfer the domain legally onto you by Dan, and then they explain it to you. Overall, it was a great experience.
The process of buying is straightforward
The process of buying is straightforward. Transferring ownership is unnecessary. In truth, that's why I would never purchase another domain through Dan Domain.
Money wolves
A domain I was looking to get registered after the quarantine was registered immediately by these pawn wolfs. They only create domain names to make them available for sale again.
The experience working together with Dan.com was positive
The experience working together with Dan.com was positive. They were quick and responsive. There were some miscommunications about what stage we were in the process of getting ownership of the domain we purchased from Dan.com However, it was likely due to my lack of experience with the complex process required. It may help people with an illustrated graphic representation of the process, making it easier to understand the different steps. Otherwise, the process was easy and relatively easy.
I've ever dealt with.
The seller expressed displeasure with my 100% genuine review and informed me that they wouldn't release the study unless I took the factual information from the survey. This review has been rewritten—one of the worst domain marketplaces I've ever dealt with.
Excellent in communicating
The domain I bought was transferred from one registration. Still, I have to wait to be transferred to my registrar dan.com's support has been excellent in communicating with me via emails and responding to ensure I'm satisfied and well-informed about the current situation.
Happy customers
Dan is a reputable domain marketplace where you can get instant assistance and a speedy answer to any question within less than five hours ... It's hard to believe if you never attempt! It's an honest and verified review by happy customers who have been with Dan since 2020.
Wow this website is fantastic
Wow, this website is fantastic. It is a very reliable site. I typically purchase virtual cards using bitcoin on cryptcards.net, and it's functioning perfectly. This site also provides an excellent virtual prepaid.cryptcards.net - speedy service and bitcoin payment available here. This site is very reliable and superior to other sites.
The process was simple quick and reliable
I'd be happy to recommend dan.com again to purchase domains. The process was simple, quick, and reliable. They provided clear outlinandxpected steps and what they would need to purchase as well as transfer the field, and everything went exactly how they claimed it would.
This is a scam the company
This is a scam. The company buys low-cost domains (for equal chances) and resells them more costly. In addition, they wait for someone who has forgotten to pay for their domain on time to purchase it and pay a ransom. I hope that the company responsible is hurt. God, Please read me.
Thank you, Dan.com!
Thank you, Dan.com! It was a pleasure to make another smooth domain name purchase from Dan.com, which is now part of the highly reliable GoDaddy. The process was flawless, the instructions were evident, and I could get my domain within just a few hours of registering it. The part is of good use, and I could not be more pleased about Dan.com's service.
