Custom Calendar Disappointment
I had a personalized experience with the product, and unfortunately, I couldn't return it, so I ended up discarding it. One major issue was the absence of monthly tabs or any indication on the side of the printed calendar. I wanted custom dates on the monthly layout, but they were placed on the weekly pages instead. Given these shortcomings, the effort and money invested in creating it didn't seem worthwhile.
Not recommend this product
However, it's been one month since I placed my order. The service from the customer was excellent. However, I haven't yet received the item. I would not recommend this product simply because of the benefit of shipping that isn't traced.
The unrealistic nature
The planner I got is tiny and low-quality. I'm unable even to type in the planners. Their customer service is non-responsive and has no concern for the unrealistic nature of their products. I am very disappointed and won't repurchase any of their products.
It very difficult to rotate
Planner arrived very quickly. It was great that it could be personalized. However, the quality of the paper isn't the best, and the binding is a bit cheap, which makes it very difficult to rotate the pages. The binding already stretches and creases the pages, and this is only my second week of using the product. It's not worth the money I spent on it, as the binding will not last long. It to the end of the year.
No room to include
It would be nice to have an A4 version, or even weeks worth of two pages, since there's no room to include appts in case you need several in one workday. I have to do this at work. ....
This organizer's high quality
Everybody's got a customized organizer, lol. This organizer's high quality is remarkable; the paper is heavy, and the planner has a clear case(?) to ensure that nothing gets damaged and does not interfere with the planner. Furthermore, since I designed it myself, I use it daily. I'll likely be buying further in the coming years.

I've been searching for something perfect for me, and it's been a struggle to find one that has everything I need while being unique and cute. Shipping was also extremely timely, but I would have liked it to arrive earlier.

The planner is adorable, and I would love to choose between larger and smaller sizes. It's smaller than what I've had before. It was nice to choose customizable options, and it would show your current layout; however, it didn't show that on the additional pages in the back. I decided on various options, which turned out to be pretty silly.

It's not just that: the best part is that I can make plans using the tools I used to customize the layout. I am a huge fan of your planners! They're a great size, and having important dates such as birthdays in the calendar is so helpful! I believe one thing that could improve them is having more than one image in the front and back. Making an array of up to 4-6 photos in one of these spaces would be perfect. Thanks

The technology for choosing my personalizations wasn't too tricky. And when the package arrived, it was precisely the one I had selected ....great job, guys! I am a very selective journaler and an avid planner. I was thrilled to discover that I could design my stunning journal precisely as I desired it! The journal I received was highly high-quality and gorgeously printed. Also, it was straightforward to make. To have everything exactly how I wanted it was well worth the price.

The customer does not receive a tracker, and you don't provide one either. I think you could improve your service because the parcel could be lost sometimes, and we don't have a clue. I'm in love with my new journal. It has everything I'm looking for, and I like its personalized. I thought customer service was not up to scratch for the price. I found out later that my order was delivered because I was required to contact them via email. Then I was not given an estimated date of delivery. It was more difficult than I'd have liked. However, for the product, I love it!

I enjoyed this planner. The Bujo design is gorgeous, and I love the ability to modify the whole product! But I thought the planner was too small for daily notes every week. If it were an inch larger, I would give it five stars.

The pages are fantastic. The pages can be customized to your liking. However, the binding isn't significant. It's the case that the pages are ripped out almost every time I open it, and I need to make it all over again. It's time-consuming. That's the exact main reason why I purchased the calendar. I gave this a four instead of 3 because I can take it to Staples and have it bound. I want this company to grow.

The only thing I think would enhance it is if it was bigger. I chose more space. However, I'm so used to having a 6-inch 9x9 planner that this required some getting used to. I will order again next year should they come out with larger sizes.

I can't recommend this planner because the shipping method cannot be tracked. Service from the customer has been the shipping method to receive it. It's been a month since I made my purchase.

However, I tried contacting the company to ask whether I could return it for a new size but got no reply. So I feel I've squandered my money. And it took a long time to get there.

I love the company. I've received fabulous, customized calendars for the past two years! Initially, I was a bit nervous about having the calendar, which starts with Monday being the first day. However, I have come to love it now that the weekend is a consistent pattern (which makes it much easier to plan)—it is highly recommended!

Overall, I like my journal and love the ability to personalize it. Still, I am disappointed that for the amount I paid, both cover's back covers tend to fall off repeatedly. They're not secure in the same way the other pages are. I don't want to take them off entirely, but having them fall off every occasion I open them up is frustrating and makes it difficult to fold them in half! I'd have hoped for higher quality for the money.
