Get rid of these scammers. Everything I've observed with them proves that it is a scam. I haven't recalled opening an account with them. They were less accommodating when I informed them they had charged me more than $250 for services that I've not yet been able to receive. The lady said she would close the account but only reimburse me for the past four to six months, which means I'm still owed four months of payment I never authorized. Total Scam I'm unaware of setting up the account and don't have any record of the user's name/password; therefore can't get in touch with the company for closure. My bank will be able to tackle the Scam when I visit them later in the day.

I then called to cancel the subscription and was informed my email wasn't in their system. They also said that I could be diverted to a different website. I contacted B of a Fraud to cancel the charges. I was billed! It took a while, but I finally received an email. The hyperlink was gone, and there was no statement. The email stated that I was on a billing cycle that was $44.86 per month! I'm an Investigator. I've contacted this "Andy" character on LINKEDIN, and I'm sure he'll get me. Whatever the reason, this is a "bait and switch" operation, and who knows who wrote the glowing reviews? "After your seven-day trial, you will be billed $44.86 plus applicable monthly sales tax". I was paid for a report that was essentially ZERO information. Not one field had any data. Therefore, I wasted my time and cash and received nothing back... Although it is only one dollar howe if you can scam 10 million people with 1 dollar that's a giant fraud. Do not use this website again.
