How much is Homeaglow after the first cleaning?
As a member, subsequent cleanings booked through Homeaglow average $22/hour. This is a 50% discount from the rate for a one-time cleaning. The exact price will depend on your location and cleaner you choose. We'll show you the estimated cost immediately before booking.
How much is Homeaglow for a first cleaning? And how is it so cheap?
As a member, the first cleaning will cost you $9 for 2 hours, $19 for 3 hours, $39 for 4 hours, or $79 for 6 hours. We're so confident you'll love your cleaning that we're willing to offer a special introductory offer exclusive to new members to try us. Rest assured, while the service is deeply discounted for you, cleaners on Homeaglow still earn their hourly rate for your first cleaning.
How do I cancel my membership?
Your membership comes with a 6-month commitment term. You can choose to cancel your membership any time, or pause for a certain period of time. There is a fee if you choose to cancel before your 6-month commitment. To cancel your membership:
1. Log into your dashboard
2. Go to Settings
3. Go to Membership
4. Click "Cancel"
By canceling, your membership will terminate immediately and you won't have access to discounted cleanings. You can choose to reactivate your membership any time after canceling.
What's included in a cleaning? What's not included?
Cleaners on Homeaglow don't move heavy items, do outdoor work, clean carpets, remove mold or infestation, remove deep stains, clean pet messes, clean blinds or areas outside of normal reach.
When does the membership start? What is your membership cancellation policy?
Your membership won't start until you have had a first cleaning.
After your first cleaning, your membership starts with a 6-month commitment term. After the commitment term, you can cancel any time with no fees. Cancelling before 6 months will result in your first cleaning being charged at full price.

Carla was great, she arrived on time and went right to work, did a fantastic job.
The part I didn't like is this membership that I can't seem to get out or cancel, which say, "cancel at any time" which is a BIG LIE!!! or they charge you a whopping fee for it, so buyers beware of that special and the BIG charge if you take advantage of that "SO CALLED $9.00" cleaning special. If you want that membership and what to continue with it, it's all good, but if you opt out beware of that hidden charge they fail to mention.

I hope it was a hair dryer ar a vacuum on blow and not where my mind went when you said your dog gave 5 Paws up. You never know what some sick people will do. Sorry it's kind of a perverted question. I don't want any type of creepy people in my house and around my animals.

FTC Cooling Off Period
The cleaner was 40 minutes late; she came in with a determined attitude to get everything done in the timeframe left, and did a fairly good job, but I had to stop her when the 1 pm hour had been reached, because I had other plans. Most of what she did she did well, but did not focus on what I wanted done. It was n't until very late the next day when I realized she did not turn my refrigerator back on after turning it off to clean it. All of my frozen meat was ruined. I contacted Homeaglow and cancelled any further cleanings, then Emma kept offering me deals to keep the membership, which I did not want and didn't realize I had signed up for. For more than a week Emma kept offering me deals not to cancel and told me I have to pay $96 to do so. I refused her offers and insisted on cancelling regardless.
Per the FTC any contract can be cancelled if done within 3 days. I believe Emma was trying to stretch out my keeping the service past that period so I wouldn't be able to cancel and would have to pay the $96 to do so. Check with the FTC!
it was a horrible experience, first off- the cleaning guy was blowing my dog when i walked in the door. not to mention the dishes were put in the washing machine... other then that my dog give 5 paws.

I love Homeaglow so much. And now the app thats being worked on, yess! Homeaglow makes it easy for good cleaners to make it. I have been able to book some really lovely Clients and clients have been able to book awesome cleaners with the confidence it will be done correctly by a cleaner who shows up and does the work right!

It's happened to me twice! Then I had to pay $14.99 to reactivate the account even though it wasn't my fault! In less than an hour I was able to claim jobs again.
I would have just canceled my debit or CC card and been done with this company it's easy to replace and most banks and credit unions you can just walk in and get a new card...

Professionally completed. My cabinets are shining as new. My glass doors are great for cleaning. If you need a professional, contact them, they provide professional service. Eric is very efficient. He takes the time to speak with you and discuss what you require at home. He was very polite and was careful to go over the detail.

This was the first time we used this type of service. Jia was amazing! She was meticulous and precise. She was able to ask me what my top priorities were. She then went over and beyond! The home was destroyed, and a heavy burden was removed. I'd highly recommend Jia to any person.

They have me working for them for over a year and an hour and a half. It was slow at first but like all things job you do, you reap the rewards, and I've. Savannah was fantastic! She was punctual, and the area was left sparkling and smelled great. She also assisted me in adjusting the timing of the service as I booked it through Groupon, and it caused scheduling issues. I would use her without hesitation.
I love Home-A-Glow
I love Home-A-Glow because I have my schedule and have 102 appointments that I repeat with wonderful clients. But, some write down their assignments and ask for more than they have paid or left. Customer support is never available. Support for customers sometimes takes the word of clients who are lying. My reviews are five stars each day which turns the unhappy customers out to be lying! In addition, I earn money from the app, and it's working since I notify all clients before their arrival to confirm, as some clients do not cancel their booking through the app and will I give them a courtesy phone call.
