Their response was disheartening. They told me that even if I returned the item unopened, I'd be charged a $5.00 restocking fee. Also, I wouldn't be refunded the $7.95 shipping fee or the $5.16 in taxes. On top of all this, I'd have to cover the return shipping cost of $7.95. So, out of the $58.00 they charged me – which they did illegally, in my opinion – I'd only get a refund of $32.00 for something I never even intended to order. This company's practices are highly questionable. A definite scam, without a doubt!
