    Beware! I left a 1-star review because I had no other option. They don't deserve anything other than a thorough investigation. They completed a transaction without my permission. When I realized they had charged my card, I canceled the order. I called their phone number, but it was an endless loop, and no one answered. It kept going in the same circle no matter which number I pressed. Frustrated, I decided to visit my bank to get my money back, and fortunately, they were able to reverse the charge. So, beware!

    A Handy Tool with Cleaning Tips

    Incompetence and Poor Service

    Unbelievably, BuzzBGone sent me an email today from a supposed human being. After many emails and complaints by me, they told me that they had sent my order to the address I told them many times not to send it to. I have seen incompetence and poor customer service, but these folks take all awards for stupidity.

    Reading all the reviews on Trustpilot, it amazed me how there are only a few positive responses and how they thanked the client for that review. Most, if not all, of the negative posts are about customer service, not the product. That tells you something; it is not the product but the terrible customer service. An easy fix if they would listen to their customers.

    We are all wasting our time on these clowns. I only wish all these reviews were posted on the Internet so people like me would not go through this anxiety. In my case, I have gone back to PayPal and demanded a refund. I asked BuzzBGone for one, and they did not even have the courtesy to respond. They now tell me they are shipping a second shipment to my Yukon address. I do not want their junk at any price.

    Ordering Woes Frustration and Pursuit of Resolution

    I placed my order in July, and I'm going through the same crap these other people are experiencing. I haven't received any reply, and I only get the same repeated email response. No one is telling me anything, not even giving me my order number to track it. They don't want to give us our money back because they haven't yet sent us our product. I'm tired of arguing about it. I believe a lawsuit is in order. Maybe the law can help track somebody down or, better yet, get us our money back. These times are tough; people are suffering out here, and ripping people off is unacceptable. Seriously, it's lawyer time, just FYI!

    Regrettable Purchase of Mosquito Zapper and Fake Bug Killing Protection

    I confused this useless gadget with the identical-looking BuzzBGone, which works differently and has excellent reviews. I wish I had been more careful with my order. It's overpriced and doesn't do the job at all. There's nowhere for me to get any redress, either. I bought two of them and was still eaten alive by mosquitoes. I charged them repeatedly and tried them indoors and outdoors at varying distances and heights. I caught a few unfortunate moths and about three mosquitoes in as many weeks. I'm disgusted with this product and its misleading advertising. I'm also annoyed with myself for being too quick to order without double-checking against similar products. Interestingly, our portable floodlights accidentally zap far more mosquitoes than this gadget.

    Mosquito zapper does not work and or bug killing protection is worst

    It is a useless bug-killing protection gadget with the identical-looking Ozzie Mozzie, which functions differently and boasts excellent reviews. I wish I had been more careful when placing my order. It turned out to be overpriced and ineffective. Worse, there was no way to get a refund.

    I purchased two of these gadgets, believing they would provide some relief, but I was sorely disappointed. I charged them every time and tested them indoors and outdoors at varying distances and heights. They only caught a few unfortunate moths and about three mosquitoes in as many weeks. I couldn't help but feel disgusted with this product and its blatantly misleading advertising.     Buzzbgone sent me an email about a return and an offer for a 'Discount' for an order I wished to return. I declined their request, and after some time, they eventually refunded my purchase once I provided proof of sending back the items. This whole process took quite a while. They appear to operate from an offshore location and might function as a dropshipping business. As a result, I had to interact with numerous generic customer service representatives and exercise a lot of patience to resolve any issues.

    Mighty Purchase At BuzzBGone

    Small but mighty, I just wanted to strap it on myself! I've tried sleeping with one in my room at night, and it's astonishing how many flying bugs you could potentially swallow while sleeping—gross! It also works wonders while I'm enjoying dinner on the patio with two in the middle of the table, and I wasn't bitten all up! Plus, it's small enough to take to an outside concert, picnic, and more. It's worth my dollars!

Then, three days later, it stopped functioning when I disconnected the charging cord following an overnight charge.     Useless Porduct : Scam Company

    I had a disappointing experience with BuzzBGone. Initially, I wanted to check out some reviews before making a purchase. However, they deducted the money from my PayPal account without my authorization.

    I HIT A DEAD END when I attempted to reach out to them regarding the unauthorized transaction, my intention to get a refund, and the incorrect address issue on my PayPal account. The system wouldn't allow me to proceed despite receiving an email with a code to schedule a call. This whole situation feels like an outright scam. I'm left wondering how many others have fallen victim to this and how I can contact this highly frustrating company.
