I recently ordered online for collection from Krostyshop, and while I initially had high hopes, my experience left much to be desired.
Firstly, despite the constant updates from the shop, the overall process was far from seamless. The updates, although frequent, seemed to create a false sense of efficiency. The actual collection process was time-consuming and less organized than expected.
Moreover, the helpful staff mentioned in other reviews were nowhere to be found during my visit. I had hoped for a smooth transaction, but I encountered a lack of assistance and felt left to navigate the collection process independently.
Additionally, the online ordering system, while functional, lacked user-friendliness. Navigating through the website was a bit of a hassle, and the clarity of the order confirmation was questionable.
