So Disappointing and Awful Tactic
I've been buying gift playing cards and other stuff from OffGamers for years now. Mostly the charge manner is clean, and the code receives brought to me in five–10 mins. This time I tried shopping for a present card but didn't get hold of the code like normal because apparently the object that I bought was "out of inventory". How could you probable let me go through paying you money if the item become out of stock? How do you now not permit know beforehand that the object become out of inventory?
Now I should wait until god is aware of when to receive the code that I paid for and ought to've had in mins. I'm positive I'll get the code sooner or later. I've been a consumer for years. I realise it's no longer a scam, however deceptive customers into shopping for "out of stock" items is such an lousy tactic to apply. 2 stars because this internet site USED to be awesome sooner or later.
Very Disappointed
I made two purchases at offgamers ultimate yr, and because the ones went properly, I neglected the negative reviews I had seen on reddit and trustpilot and trusted them. I remorse it now. I think they randomly determined that I needed to pass a KYC test this time - of direction, AFTER I paid for the purchase.

I ordered a PlayStation™ Store USD10 Gift Cards (US) on 10th February 2024. My order was declined and cancelled, and I turned into told to wait 1 - 14 running days for my refund. They still cheating on me
I'm User ID: 4371989 . I had account with them 8 years . They still cheating on me . Sometime they hold my money 14 days for verification . Still not understand why they need hold your money 14 days for cancelled orders
Not providing
I regret not providing these individuals with my documents, so I've re-locked my credit card, changed my driver's license, and placed an exclusion on my credit file. Offgamers isn't doing anything to increase confidence in my data apart from the cut-and-paste answers given here. I have to take a step back now, and I'll take it further to let someone else get away with my information.
A fraud
One of the worst sites I've come across since it was able to shut down my account. I don't understand why I had to tell them about the issue, and they did not respond, and then they took all my money. They're a fraud, and I would not recommend anyone working with this website.

Most horrible service I've received in my life. They aren't willing to offer a refund when they have already taken my money. I won't suggest this website to anyone since they're fraudsters.KINDLY don't reply to your copied-pasted response about what you are doing with your AML and KYC and where you're if you do not know what you're talking about. None of the AML laws allow you to take or keep customers' cash.
Excellent service
It's fast and reliable, and straightforward to complete. I have moved to a different region where my PlayStation account was from a separate area. Now, using this website's excellent service, I can purchase gift cards for my account and region, and my trophy collection and other items will stay in my possession. Everybody who reads those fake 1-star reviews has issues obtaining ID cards or different. If you are looking for a dependable service, they're so excellent
It was a total waste of time and energy
I was trying to purchase large binance gift cards and contacted via email. They advised me to do so by paying through the site. When I paid, they advised me to use Kyc, which I did. I had to wait for a few days to be confirmed. Following all that cash, I looked over my purchases and discovered they were canceled. When I tried to contact them, they told me that I had made contact with a limit to make purchases, and they asked me what the maximum amount I could spend was. They replied that they didn't have any idea. It was a total waste of time and energy; they held my money and delayed the refund.

I signed up because Neosurf vouchers are slightly less expensive than other sites. I thought that when the submit button came out, I would like to instantly et the voucher code via email like other websites do not receive an email from them. I'd accept it within 1 to two days. I deleted it because it would return the funds to me at the same time it was taken. I could buy it from another site and receive it immediately, only to discover that there was no money there. I called the live chat, to whom I explained the situation, and he asked me to take a screenshot of the amount on my bank statement since it was the only purchase I had made since it was the only money left. He then said I would wait two days for it to be checked. For what needs to be reviewed, I explained to him the amount I was taking, and it clearly stated their website as receiving the money; I have since filed an ACCC complaint. ACCC and am currently in a disability pension; it was the last piece of money I'd ever had, and having to use that voucher, I'm distraught and need further compensation.

I purchased steam codes, and the 25usd voucher was ineligible when redeeming it on the steam android app. However, it took me around eight hours to reach home and test the code on my computer. I'm not sure whether the code required time to activate or if it was started after I contacted support (they requested pictures to show the issue), and I decided it was best to capture the images using my PC. It surprised me that the code worked after redeeming it from my computer.

The best support I've ever had. I own gift cards. However, my issue is that if you purchase a large amount (my account has a value of 1000 dollars), You will be subject to a weekly limit on buying, but it isn't clear when you'll be hit with a limit on purchases until you get an email from OffGamers. They don't provide an exact what you can purchase not to exceed the limit on purchases which causes problems for me. XD. Another issue is that completing the verification process takes quite a long time. However, everything is okay because it safeguards its customers. I still love it. I'm so glad they're legitimate!

I wouldn't recommend this company They are frauds. They stole money from my account to purchase an Google play card. When I attempted to redeem the coupon it returned with an error stating that they needed additional information in order to use the gift card. I called them back, the lady who attended to me with a ruzaini was plain ignorant and didn't follow the proper customer service guidelines. They simply told me I needed to contact Google myself. So inconsiderate I wanted to load up a play card and go about my business, not contact google due to your failure to do your part. I've paid for my purchase so why not do you need that? The item was delivered quickly. I just purchased Final Fantasy XIV Complete Edition, and within seconds my activation code arrived. It was speedy and pleasant.

Terrible built in scanner
TLDR: Delay in verification due to poor built-in image scanning software. While I can understand the need to verify the identity of buyers in the event of fraud, the software that comes with the computer is a complete waste. My friends all recommended that I use OffGamers because they had the best rates, but they warned me of a long/delayed/frustrating verification process... It wasn't that difficult, so I gave it a try.
Is there a way to upload photos or to manually take the photo? The picture is blurry and unattractive because the scanner automatically takes it. We cannot attach the driver's license to email correspondence due to security concerns. This is good business practice and understandable, but it further delays verification. For a gaming business... You probably know that transactions in games are very time sensitive.
