An awful company. I was very disappointed. Poor finishing and extremely fragile for high-end cost. I will not purchase from them again. I bought the gold locket that included inscriptions and pictures added, however the product did not arrive with low-quality. It's a bargain, and the necklace was thin and fragile. It was a small locket. Do not buy anything from the seller, it's expensive and poor quality. AVOID PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS! I would highly suggest spending the money elsewhere.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. My necklace was damaged and I was required to pay for repair outside of warranty. They charge you for return postage as well! After they fixed it, the necklace, it was shorter.
