Very Dissatisfied and Disappointed
My score has not anything to do with the jewellery itself, it has the whole thing to do with the your desire of transport provider. The bundle become alleged to be brought to my residence and signed with the aid of a person 21 years and older, but we in no way acquired the package deal.
Instead, a female who lives five block from us got here to my residence bringing the package saying FedEx simply left it at her door step and not using a signature. We are luck to even get the bundle. We went to analyze with FedEx however that fell on deaf ears. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.
Smaller Packaging, Missing Advertised Gifts
Much smaller than depicted in the image, the package was expected to contain three complimentary gift boxes. The earrings are well-suited for a young girl. However, they were shipped in a plain bubble wrap envelope with tamper-evident tape securing it. On the positive side, a certificate of appraisal and care instructions were included. I appreciate the change to yellow gold, but it's worth noting that the order did not come with the two gifts mentioned in the advertisement.
Excellent service
Overall, a great overall experience, thanks to the proprietor's customer service. The owner is always willing to exceed your expectations to get you what you need. One issue I have had was that the colors of the stones aren't exactly as shown in pictures online. Ask for photos of the rocks before you decide the day your ring will arrive. This will help you save a lot of time, apart from that. Excellent service. Excellent communication and great high-end.
Fantasticl experience
I'm still waiting to receive my package yet. However, I can assure you Vijaj is always in the loop with his texting and calls and is highly involved. I've never posted an initial review. However, the overall experience has been fantastic.

A gorgeous piece
I was searching for the perfect wedding ring as I lost mine about five years ago. Trijewels were the first to catch my eye. They had a call with the Celtic knot pattern. I purchased it, and although it's a gorgeous piece of jewelry, it wasn't the one I was thinking of. It was no problem. Vijay was highly accommodating. We collaborated to alter the design, making it more rounded. I exchanged the original rings and must say that the one I received is amazing! In an era of high-priced and low-quality retail jewelry, TriJewels is an uncommon find.

A sweet man who took the extra effort and time to ensure that a fresh brand design was tested, solid, and flawless before making. He kept me informed when he crafted my ring. He crushed it in the design—the most beautiful ring I've ever seen and at cheaper than the jewelry districts in Los Angeles. The diamonds in this ring are not for fools, and the artistry is stunning. I'm not getting any results
I put in an order, but it was way too small when I received it. I'm trying to return it. I'm not getting any results. Any suggestions? 270.00 is not a lot to be disappointed by.

I will buy it again
The initial London Blue Topaz ring I purchased. Gorgeous color, very similar to the color of the Blue Diamond. The size is perfect. The item arrived in a lovely box, complete with a bow. I will repurchase it.

Very Poor Quality
A stone was thrown out in December early, and two more fell out on the same day. An inferior product and poor customer service. It's not a case of mistaken identity as I've been dealing in the past with Vijay himself. His response only confirms my point.

You're not fooling anyone. The people who read this post and other reviews elsewhere will be able to see the lies you have committed. It's only a fraudster.

I enjoy the earrings
I enjoy the earrings. One earring opened around 1/3". The other was about 1 inch wide. I thought the jeweler would have checked this before sending it out. I hope I don't have to get it checked at some point in the future, and I'll have to pay for it. Also, I got an email a few days before when I received them saying that I was required to sign them. But that's not the case. They arrived via USPS. Confused
I had been planning on buying my wife a ring
I had been planning on buying my wife a ring for a long time and seen as money was always short due to other things going on in our lives. But now that I have got some saved up finally was able to purchase her a ring that she has been wanting. It was a birthday surprise! Thanks, TriJewels, for having what she was looking for and a reasonable price to go with it. I can wait to give it to her on her birthday on July 17.
