Time-Consuming Transaction
The dealership was excellent, Nothing bad to say about Dan but I thought the deal was not worth my time. My appointment was at 5 and I arrived 15 minutes late and did not leave until 6:45. In addition to my wasting of time, I left from there with less than I expected and in the original the offer, it was just $100 for my vehicle. I don't have anything to say about the dealership, however I'm not suggesting anyone sell their car there. This was not worth my time. I would have preferred I'd moved my car elsewhere.
Deceptive Tactics
They employ a bait-and-switch tactic entirely! Initially presenting a seemingly competitive price, they then find a reason to slash it in half after subjecting you to a twenty-minute wait for their ultimate appraisal, hoping you might be desperate enough to accept it.

I must say, these individuals are nothing short of charlatans! Trusting them is out of the question – I strongly advise against it. I can't stress enough how important it is to keep a vast distance from them. Their practices are far from fair and equitable.
Now, speaking from my personal experience – and believe me- I was influenced by the reviews they somehow managed to gather (how I'm still unsure!). They initially valued my car at a somewhat acceptable figure, just over £19,000. However, when they discovered two incredibly minor scuffs, they swiftly lowered their offer by a whopping £1300 from their initial quote. To me, that feels highly sketchy!
My advice is simple: don't take their words at face value; always allow yourself the time to explore other options thoroughly. Their credibility is questionable at best, so placing trust in them is not a wise move. This is just my perspective, and I strongly encourage you to proceed cautiously.

Be prepared for disappointment. You are ushered to the front door with the initial price, which is expensive because the basis is your car being in perfect condition. They then look for flaws, and you will find that your quote is much less because their original offer was at the top, so you had to stop there. Reviewing recommendations is not your style, so you accept the deal and return to your routine. The offer was probably as high as they could have received. There is a problem with their commercial style of operation. Every vehicle is not perfect. Other customers will ask additional questions to receive the most accurate price.

It was deceiving to be offered more than $4,900 in the email, even after having said in the report that there was damage to the body. I was assuming that this was incorporated in the original offer. However, I rate the service of Leo with a five, although I was dissatisfied with the extent to which the initial request was reduced.

Darnell Walker was a great salesperson. He was kind and professional, which was completely uncharacteristic of an agent selling cars. Were concerned. He also explained to us the most important things to be aware of. We were disappointed. However, it wasn't his fault or anycar.com's fault. It was an unfortunate incident due to the seller of the vehicle. It all went very well, and I was happy with the outcome.

It was a great deal for my car. It was priced at 1300; it was a check engine light and several dents and dings. I was able to get 950 within an hour. The staff was helpful, and I received my money immediately. I'm not sure whether this is the best choice for someone with a sellable vehicle (like the 2018 model with no issues with its engine); however, it was a good option for those with junk cars with some life left.

It's a bait-and-switch price that is reminiscent of a pawn shop. If you want cash quickly and don't need a lot of hassle in negotiating with multiple dealers, it's a good option, but you're not likely to receive the highest price for your car.

Ered me. I have a 2017 Honda CRV. A GET $18000 on their website, but when I visited them, they said they would offer $11000. After that, I transferred it to another dealer for $15,500. Fantastic. I had a terrible experience with the service. However, the experience was f I wouldn't say I liked the price offered by them in any way; it's not the same as what they showed me.
