Unresolved Issues and Frustration in the Car Leasing Process
I called Zuriy, the man put me in contact directly with Daniel N. to lease the car. I was brand new to leasing, and I had experienced a horrible first experience at an Nissan dealership. Daniel was a great person to deal with in the beginning. He was extremely responsive and hardworking. my car was delivered late that same day.
Instead of towing the vehicle for me, they requested one of their employees drive it from NY and that clearly put miles on the vehicle. They were willing to pay for the expense, but I had to follow them around for several days until I could finally receive there. Exhausting.
The gas door as well as the lever within the car were malfunctioning or wasn't connected. I was unaware of it until I was unable to top off the tank. The car was not used for a couple of days, when I needed it the most due to the issue. Daniel set up an appointment and my dealership informed me that they must have thoroughly checked the car prior to release. I was unable to spot the issue in the evening at around 10/11pm the time they handed it over.
The temporary license then expired and the plates for the license never were issued. It was a different issue. Daniel and Zuriy assured me that I'm allowed to keep driving in the car, and they'll take care of any ticket I have if I obtain one. It's not a great response. Being a black male I do not want to provide a police officer with an excuse to stop me. It's a sad, but true fact in the United States.
After a long and gruelling day, headache after headache, the only thing I was left with was a sad as they savored the fruit of my sales like it had been smooth. However, it wasn't so I'm now left feeling frustrated and utterly annoyed. I discussed my thoughts with a huge number of my neighbors, who claimed it was not unusual and that they would take a run. Though I am grateful for Daniel taking steps to resolve this issue as soon as he can, I will most likely not conduct another transactions through eAutoLease.
EAutolease: Buyer Beware!
I'm writing to share my recent experience with eAutolease, which unfortunately was far from positive. Despite having a decent income ($63k) and a respectable credit score (643), I encountered unhelpful, unprofessional customer service that left me feeling frustrated and undervalued.
On November 20th, I received a quote from eAutolease for a car, including insurance, that came to a monthly payment of $587. Excited about the offer, I immediately completed and submitted the application. However, after waiting two days with no response, I reached out for an update on November 22nd. To my disappointment, I learned that my application had been declined due to insufficient extended credit.
Hoping to resolve the issue, I offered to make a down payment, but eAutolease remained inflexible and uninterested in working with me. This lack of consideration and willingness to find solutions left me feeling like I didn't matter as a potential customer. It seemed as though eAutolease only caters to individuals with immaculate credit, high salaries, and extensive extended credit history.
Fortunately, I decided to explore other options and found a more accommodating dealership. Over the weekend, I was able to drive off the lot in my new Chevy Camaro, proving that eAutolease's loss was another dealership's gain.
If you're considering eAutolease, proceed with caution. My experience suggests they prioritize top-tier credit profiles over customer service and flexibility. I urge you to explore other options and find a dealership that values your business and is willing to work with you to find the right deal.

Excellent customer service. I was assisted with the help of Daniel Navidomsky, who has been helping my family lease vehicles over the last five years. Despite the current market, Daniel was able to assist me in finding a reasonable price with my previous lease car equity, which essentially wiped off the brand-new car markups! He also helped me get the car the color I wanted, even with this limited supply. I received the vehicle on the same day following our agreement, the price, and it was then delivered directly to my doorstep. Thank you, Danny!!

It was my first experience with the leasing process, and my sales rep Zach was superb. He explained the process from top to bottom, making it an easy transaction. The only thing I would consider was having to wait a bit to receive my delivery, but when there's congestion and traffic, there's always. Overall, I am happy with my experience with auto Lease and would come to them again and recommend them to family and friends.

A budget of $500 was set, including insurance. It was said that it could be achieved. Currently, I'm paying $800 per month for the Mazda 6. The first six months of insurance are included in the lease cost and handled by an agent. I recognized that I was getting scammed by the insurance, and I jacked up the insurance much more than what was required from the company leasing. I was a newbie to leasing. I learned my lesson. I will never lease from this company ever again.
