    My car-buying experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Upon delivery, my car was flagged with a check engine light, which the technician nonchalantly cleared, advising me to call them if it reappeared. J, the dreaded light returned just one week later, leaving me stranded without a working car. Now, my vehicle is languishing in the shop as mechanics attempt to unravel the mysterious issue, and I am left to deal with the inconvenience.

    To add insult to injury, I was handed an extra set of keys for a remote start during the initial delivery, only to discover they were utterly useless. Following the instruction to contact Mazda support, I endured a mind-numbing 40-minute hold, only to be informed that the keys were, in fact, not compatible with my car. It's beyond frustrating to receive such basic oversights and false assurances.

    Having always relied on dealerships for my previous car purchases, this experience has been an eye-opener to the pitfalls of alternative routes. The lack of professionalism and the series of issues have made this car-buying ordeal anything but smooth, making me regret veering away from the more established and reliable dealership route.

    They were accommodating right up to the point that the vehicle was delivered that day. I tried to reach them but without any result. I contacted the salesperson thrice and left messages, and finally, the main line number was dialed, and I was directed to retention, which never got me or responded to my messages. Knowing that the issues I wanted to discuss weren't destructive was good. However, I can only imagine what could happen should a glitch occur within the "test drive" period.

    I can't think of enough positive things about the service at getting a car.

    I will say that purchasing an automobile with a car was much better than ever imagined. I had my eyes set on a Durango, and they did everything possible to get me into it. Cat, along with Ryan, was very accommodating, friendly, and quick to reply. Freya, who was the person who delivered the car, was fantastic too. I'm planning to purchase my husband's car through them. The Durango was a million times better than the photos, and the trade-in deal I received was also excellent. I can't think of enough positive things about the service at getting a car.

    The car was damaged

    The car was damaged, but there was no information about it on the site or through the salesperson. The tire valves also did not have caps on them. What valve do caps not have valve caps? They brought the car back to replace and paint the front bumper, but they d not touch up the rear bumper. They returned the vehicle without valve caps?? A 158-point inspection. I wonder what that means? I'm guessing valve caps aren't part of that inspection. I'm sure that because of COVID-19, some things might have been overlooked. However, they returned the vehicle to fix the issue, and I informed them of it. The chance of redemption was there, but they failed.

    I loved the simple process and that I didn't have to be in a car dealership for hours. I also appreciate the no-cost aspect of it. It's something dealerships attempt to lure into. I will probably never step foot into a dealership again. The only thing I can think of is the cupholder on the second row of seats was dirty, and I would prefer the recalls for the car were taken care of before them listing the vehicle for sale. Ryan was great, however.

It took more than three days to get an answerIf you're having problems before purchasing the vehicle, consider the car in the future after reading about poor customer support. I resigned myself to these issues. I'm sure I have saved myself lots of headaches.

    The buying process was perfect. However, the delivery process was a nightmare. We kept hearing that they had to wait for dispatch. After twelve days, I needed to buy a plane ticket and then return home for 10 hours to have my car delivered by me! It was a joke. If you aren't able to provide the car...don't give it away. I've given up my time and money.

    My husband bought their car in June at the close of June. I was impressed with the process and considered getting an automobile from them too. They offered temporary tags. A few days after the tags expired, the customer had to call them to inquire about the plates he had on his hard plate. They returned and stated that there was a reason why it was preventing him from receiving his tags. False! They use AAA. In the first place, Who uses it? Shouldn't you check that with your local State? We are in Maryland, and he has nothing on his tag. We own another vehicle and just renewed the tags. Maryland does not allow the renewal of titles if you face outstanding tickets or tax problems. My husband advised that they send the information required to register his car to the State. The State hasn't yet responded to us. They aren't going to renew temporary tags; therefore, they've been inactive for longer than one week. In addition, the tag holder paid for taxes and title. Was the offer a return? No! They have turned me off as a possible customer. I'll find a dealer and buy my next automobile.

    My experience was terrific. The process was fast. I began the process, received my quotes that day, and received the car two days later. Matthew Schultz was there with me every step of the way. He's amazing. I highly recommend Matthew Schultz. He was able to explain everything to me and ensured that everything was running flawlessly. He kept in touch until the very last minute. Overall, the experience was fantastic. You won't be disappointed.

    Tom was great to deal with. Friendly, and helpful. One thing that shouldn't be left out is that I paid close to $30k car, which wasn't checked for cleanliness before it was handed over. I don't think that's high of a price in any way, and you have gotten it wrong on this. Also, I didn't have to pay nearly $30,000 for an advertisement on the road to getting a car. There are a lot of get-rr logos on the vehicle. Little things in the grand scheme of things but irritating and the things that were noticeable upon receiving the car.

    The experience of receiving the car and signing the papers to deliver it to me was beautiful. If a mistake was made, the effort to rectify it without trouble was appreciated. The only thing I have an issue with is the car's problems and the resolution. The engine and windshield were taken care of quickly. However, the flooring issue and the need to have the vehicle cleaned were not addressed, and my floor is still smelling like mildew. There has been no follow-up to that extent, and every other thing that's been a problem concerning the vehicle I've had to inquire about has been disappointing. It was, however, a fantastic experience.

    I bought a car in September, and the whole process went well. It was a last-minute purchase, so everything went pretty quickly compared to a dealership. If you are familiar with buying cars, what to look out for, and all the other things to look for, buying a car on the internet should not be a hassle, but I'm still not experienced with it, so I prefer to visit the dealership. There were a few minor issues, but Anthony and Robert helped me as far as they could in resolving the issue. I am thrilled with my car. It's huge for me, from a 1999 vehicle to a 2017 one. Thank you for getting a car

    A pleasant experience. The only thing that stopped me from giving five stars was I didn't realize that the car would suffer hail damage. I was dissatisfied that the checklist stated it had passed the test for marks/dents and was damaged by hail. The Carfax report revealed that the damage was noted, but I was not informed that it was not repaired. Perhaps it was a mistake on my part not asking.

    Everything went well. They were very friendly. When we received the car, they began to ask for information to finalize the loan. And then, it took another month after the loan was approved to file the process of preparing our plates. Our temporary plates of 60 days have expired, and we can no longer utilize our vehicle. I'm not sure why they are responsible in this way. It should have been taken care of when we received the car. They do not help try to discover a solution for how we can get to work and back. I would not recommend this service to anyone else. Go to an honest dealership.

    The trip was flawless. The only problem for me was that my vehicle was driven to my home, which increased the distance by almost 300 miles. the driver wore masks. Still, I was told that because of Covid, certain parts of my vehicle would be wrapped in plastic to protect measures. However, it was not since they drove it. Therefore, I was required to shell out money to have it cleaned. The rest was easy.

    It was a straightforward procedure. Ryan assisted me throughout the process—the vehicle I wanted without a down payment. Everything was completed via phone. This takes away the dealership procedure. The car was delivered just a few days later. Even the lady who had my car was lovely and friendly. I'll recommend to other people for sure.

    Excellent buying experience. Great communication and the car was exactly as described, but it needs extensive cleaning. Post-purchase customer service hasn't been the best. Many times, voicemails and emails go unanswered. If you're lucky enough to speak to someone on the line when you call, they appear to be competent enough.

The car is in excellent condition and exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend purchasing an automobile to anyone.     The car's SRS light turns on two hours after delivery. I wasn't provided with my seven-day return policy. I was told to take the vehicle to the dealer so that the warranty would cover it. After going to the Honda dealership, they discovered the car was involved in an accident. The first and only time I bought the car without actually viewing and testing driving.

    Hannah was a star in getting me my car quickly and swiftly. The delivery man did an excellent job and was also able to explain the process to me. The only issue was that the car was not clean and contained a foul. But they did offer to cover the detail. I'm just not convinced that the company already took it. I also did not receive the keyless entry it claimed to come with. The company has ordered it, but I'm patiently waiting.

    Everything went smoothly until the car showed up... The paintwork was highly damaged, with many scratches and dings that were not evident or apparent in the photos online. One of the sides was locked, and the interior was very beaten up. I was suspicious of why interior shots were not included on the listing. I refused to purchase the car and am not getting my down payment of $6000 to be reimbursed.

    Overall, a great experience overall. Maya did great. Delivery took a little more time than I'd liked. But Maya was excellent. The check engine light appeared on the 5th day, but when they started to come on Monday, Maya was able to contact me and had the Service department contact me. Charges for the sensor that requires replacement are covered. This is a benefit for customer service.

    Yesterday, I got help from Lei. After a couple of days of receiving calls from one company only to be bounced around to the other company and then to this company, I was distraught.

    He was understanding of my frustrations and showed patience and understanding when working with me, which I enjoyed.

    He was sure that he explained everything in complete and precise terms to me. In the end, I left the phone completely happy with his service, and I was hot as a molten red.

    This is so much so that since he went over and beyond my expectations for me, I felt it was essential to go beyond to write a review to express my appreciation for his services.
