The paintwork was highly damaged
Everything went smoothly until the car showed up… The paintwork was highly damaged, with many scratches and dings that were not evident or apparent in the photos online. One of the sides was locked, and the interior was very beaten up. I was suspicious of why interior shots were not included on the listing. I refused to purchase the car and am not getting my down payment of $6000 to be reimbursed.

Overall, a great experience
Overall, a great experience overall. Maya did great. Delivery took a little more time than I’d liked. But Maya was excellent. The check engine light appeared on the 5th day, but when they started to come on Monday, Maya was able to contact me and had the Service department contact me. Charges for the sensor that requires replacement are covered. This is a benefit for customer service.

Yesterday, I got help from Lei. After a couple of days of receiving calls from one company only to be bounced around to the other company and then to this company, I was distraught.
He was understanding of my frustrations and showed patience and understanding when working with me, which I enjoyed.
He was sure that he explained everything in complete and precise terms to me. In the end, I left the phone completely happy with his service, and I was hot as a molten red.
