Bought my Nissan micra from every other dealer it had a mild problem. Dealer stated ebook into Canterbury Nissan they had been being arkward so took it right here as an alternative. This dealer sells cars and provides a great example of customer care. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle, and I was unsure what I could expect. However, they were very patient and guided me through the entire process. I felt very secure and believed I'd got the car I wanted. I went to the first service for my car. I was informed that I'd be the first to be notified if I made an appointment at 8.00 am. It would take one hour, so it's best to sit and wait. I arrived at 7.50. I went to check my car in, and an hour and forty minutes later, the service was complete. It would have been nice if they had been sincere and honest; then, I'd know what I could expect. However, the employees were polite, and the car was washed inside and out.
Trouble ever again
I purchased a new Mondeo after 18 months when the rear discs were marked and defective. Cheap ford stated wear and tear was not covered under warranty 24K car, and this occurs with poor customer service, especially when you consider just 10,000 miles. And also, the customer service of Ford UK was not worth the trouble ever again.
I'm extremely disappointed
I also took the car to them, and they said they would repair this cost PS1100.00I paid PS1100 to take the crash symbol from the dashboard. Two days later, the sign that it was a crash came back. I took my car back to them, and they informed me that they were not going to fix the vehicle any longer ... I'm not sure what to do to take them up on them; however, please do not go to them with your car to repair this issue... They're scams and will steal your money but not fix the problem... I'm incredibly disappointed to burn my PS1100.00

Don't be a fool with KAP Motor Group; they do not sell finance correctly for RCI/Nissan and trick customers into purchasing new vehicles with false promises right from the start. They damaged
If I had the chance to score zero stars, I would. They damaged my accident van used for work for two months. When I returned to collect the van, the mirror on the wing was hanging off, and the signage was not level. In some places, it seems like my three-year-old grandson glued it in place. The site should be closed down.
Horrible customer service!
I phoned to request an estimate for the work I needed to be done and was told that the department of service was on the line and he'd get the service rep to call me back when they were off. This was over 24 hours ago. Horrible customer service!! I have yet to hear anything.

Had overall a positive experience. Everything was done to perfection when the region was delivered. I had the wait weeks to receive parts for a car, but it's not related to the location as there were shortages. Also, I had my MOT completed quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned my car inside and out. I will return for any needs.

I recently purchased my beloved 308 GTI (which I am utterly obsessed with) at KAP Folkestone and received professional and helpful customer service from Harry White. Avoid!
Again claimed that we were taking the car to the repair shop for a check-up and awaiting parts. We were chased by them several times and spoke to Wayne there, and then complained to FCA, who then contacted KAP and KAP stated that we'd neither been!! It's disgusting. I can't believe an organization would even attempt to take that route. Why would they? Avoid! Same as PDH in Hassocks
I'm sure I'm entirely ripped
I'm sure I'm entirely ripped. In the dark, I was about to be charged PS99.99 to determine the issue. The problem was the windscreen water wasn't coming out. The manager was notified of my complaint. Manager and paid half the price. I was a frequent client of KAP Folkestone, but not anymore. It is not possible to take money from someone without notice. I was angry.

Though I did not ultimately purchase an automobile from this dealer located in Folkestone since I was lucky enough to find the car locally, I would like to recommend Alex and his staff for their professionalism when it comes to selling vehicles and were extremely polite and helpful with their attempts to negotiate an offer for me. If I had different circumstances, I would have purchased a car from them and will be open to buying from them shortly.
