Nice logo
The logo design was really well done, I gotta say. It matched the style I was going for based on my previous logo from KOBO. but one thing - the designer didn't include the bite mark or liquid I was envisioning inside the logo itself. and I like the concept a lot, just wish that part was implemented. Maybe I can find someone else to try adding that kind of detail into the logo. Overall though, great work. I can roll with this version.

I'm really happy with how fast they got back to me and made the changes I asked for without any problems. Their prices seem fair too and their customer service has been great as well. I'll definitely use Kobowork again in the future and recommend them to friends. For the quality and service you get, their rates are very reasonable. I can see myself using them more going forward.

The logo's design was fantastic. I gave it 3 stars because the customer support (at the time of writing this review) has been a bit insufficient. I've sent several emails asking for the copyright contract/documents and information about the logo. It's been a while since I've received any response or the information requested. Hopefully, I'll accept the information soon.

After I chose the one I liked, and made minor adjustments. I was finished in a short time. Communication was the main factor that made sure the turnaround was quick. The logo is excellent. Design was fantastic, however delivery took 7 days
We initially gave three stars (average) because the designs were paid for but were not shipped for seven days based on the decision of this company called Kobowork.
However, the following day we received numerous negative messages from the company, stating the unfairness of our review and that they planned to contact TrustPilot to request that our honest review, which we wrote about their company, be deleted.
After having gone through everything and analyzing the situation, our overall rating for the company/person has been reduced to 2 stars. It will go down once more (to one) should there be additional inquiries or a letter regarding how unfair we were.
Kobowork knew we required the images for printing but decided to keep the designs for seven days. Due to this, we were forced to complete the printing without the new format. The decision resulted from this person/kobowork and had nothing related to our decision. The review was highly transparent... in comparison to.
The way Kobowork did to us when they knew that we required the designs for printing and then made the decision not to release the arrangements so that we wouldn't be able to use their methods for printing.
