The image you view is what you receive, excellent service and excellent value products. I purchased a basic ASUS X515EA laptop with 8GB RAM. The next day, this is precisely what I received at my door. It was well packaged, without hassle, with no emails throughout the process informing me of the exact details of what was happening and a time frame of 1 hour for when my courier was expected to be arriving. It's not the first time I've used this service... it certainly won't be the last.

Purchased a computer for an approximate cost of PS550. It was returned twice because the laptop continued to crash. It was suggested that it could be the external hard drive for the problem, and then they attempted to charge me for the error when they could not find any fault. The external hard drive they bought failed after seven months and required replacement. The primary onboard hard drive has failed, and needed needs to replace. The head drives were refurbished or aren't suitable for use. It may be affordable, but its quality is not excellent. We'll have to hope that the motherboard isn't stuffed with

This is my fourth computer from Mesh. My previous computer was ten years old and never skipped a beat. I switched it over because Microsoft is ending assistance for Windows 8.1. I picked a mid-priced model with decent specs and got a discount of 10. Even though I placed an order the week of Christmas, it was delivered in just four days. The computer runs flawlessly, and I am looking toward many years of hassle-free computing. Thank you, Mesh.
Mesh has to change their delivery service.
One star because I haven't received the item. Their delivery service DPD stated that they could not locate the home or that no one was at the house to collect the parcel. This was an apparent falsehood since I talked to the delivery driver near my next-door neighbor's home. Mesh's service desk Mesh tried to solve the issue but failed. They then needed to wait for the item to be returned to Mesh for the refund I didn't receive. Mesh has to change their delivery service.
The computer arrived quickly
I purchased an Elite business desktop to replace an eight-year-old model, which was inadequate for the task. I was very impressed by the possibility of designing the desktop according to my precise specifications, including all the components I required, as opposed to the standard "any color so long as it is black" method of other competitors. The computer arrived quickly after I placed an order. It's good-assembled and is an enormous improvement over the previous model. I've recently slashed one star because I've found the technical support challenging to reach and the call-back option not working as of my experience.

I've only owned two computers over the past 32 years, and both have been built from MESH computers. My most recent purchase is a laptop produced by Hewlett-Packard and MESH but sold by MESH.

This was my first experience using Mesh to meet my computing needs. They were suggested to me by a friend of mine. Mesh is extremely easy to work with, and they kept me updated about my purchase from ordering until delivery. Delivery was just a few minutes late, and he requested to be at my door before they could complete the transaction, as it was pretty early in the morning, and he had beat the traffic! My laptop arrived very efficiently packed and is functioning well; I need to get it up and running with windows 11!
I am very pleased with the new computer
I am happy with the new computer. Professionally designed, well-packaged, and delivered on time. The many options to customize it allowed me to create the system I would not otherwise (have tried) to build by myself. We will recommend Mesh to my colleagues and friends and use it again.
The first time I've ordered from Mesh
The first time I've ordered from Mesh. The delivery was fast, and the computer was placed inside its box and in a different package with padding. There was no damage to either compartment. When I removed the laptop from the box to find the case had been damaged on the back, it was somewhat disconcerting, especially after paying the money. I contacted the service desk, who arranged to pick it up and blamed the delivery staff since it wouldn't have caused Mesh damage! They needed to bring the PC and verify it before they could replace it. The replacement was made within one week.PC is excellent, but it's an issue with the checks before it leleavesesh.

The second time that I have used Mesh Computers.... excellent service! There is a wide variety of specs available on their computers, which allowed me to find precisely what I needed at a reasonable cost. Fast delivery too. I can't say enough good things about this company!!
Dont think delivery dates are a myth with speedy delivery
Xmas week. I purchased a laptop computer before Xmas and was charged an additional amount for expedited delivery. Then the salesperson agreed I could get it by the 22nd of December, as the family was off to spend Christmas. The computer was not delivered as expected, and I needed to wait for it to be had when we returned so my son could get his belated present.
After talking to one of their manager, Chris, over that week, he agreed to reimburse the cost of expediting my delivery to me. Since there was no indication that the refund was forthcoming, I called them on Wednesday morning nearly two months later and was informed I would receive a call that same day. ....no call was made...rang today. Friday, I was told I would receive an email as managers were meeting ....no phone call. I had to call them once more! I was able to get Chris to return my call.
He informed me that his manager had decided that the refund would not be granted in this instance. I would have loved to get a phone call from him to inform me of this matter. I'd avoid paying fast-track charges since they tell you one way to receive the order, but it's not the actual situation. I am also frustrated by the time the process takes to get to the correct person.

I bought three PCs at Mesh Computers, the first round eight years ago, the second about three years after for a family member, and the last one arrived only a few weeks ago. All were delivered exactly as described and worked without issue.
