My own experience. My claim was twice denied, I was advised that this product was protected. The initial claim was a small mistake. I've been working to rectify this issue for the past time and am now. Many departments are who are responsible for filing claims aren't communicating with the other.
Call Disconnections, Claim Hassle
My call got disconnected multiple times while trying to process our claim. It was frustrating to restart the process every time, mainly because we spoke to different representatives on each call, even when providing the claim number. It seemed like they were intentionally delaying, making us feel like they wanted us to abandon the claim. After several days of persistent effort, they finally replaced our stolen phone. It felt like the typical insurance experience – quick to take your money but making you do the work when you need to make a claim.
Friendly and easy to use
Asurion has made it easy and easy to repair my broken Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. The website is very user-friendly and easy to use. One reason why I only gave it four stars is that I think that the amount deductible could be a bit too high.
Poor artistry
They have changed the screen, but without a drop, there's a long gap with dead pixels in just two months. It was a good thing I didn't the time they replaced the screen; it had massive holes and was not adequately attached. Likely, they wouldn't have fixed it if I overlooked that it was in the shop—poor artistry.

It was easy to do it online. It was easy to provide them with all the information and the type of phone that I needed to replace: rapid service and fast express delivery via FedEx. I followed the steps to set it up, and that's it. I didn't leave my mobile phone for 30 to 45 minutes. Very happy.
I realized the problem
I was given a slow mobile, and it also has one black dot on the side of the phone's screen. It took me 3 hours to set up my phone, after which I realized the problem. And I didn't want for a long time and possibly never get the issue resolved. I stopped my insurance plan and will not use it the next time. I paid 9.00 each month for more than an entire year. I was also charged $200 for a used and refurbished mobile that doesn't function properly.
An insurance claim
My phone was damaged, and I contacted the tech who fixed it. It cannot be fixed and requires an entirely new phone, so I submitted an insurance claim. They said they sent me an email with what to do next, and I'm waiting for the email. I contacted them three times but haven't received a response to my complaint. This is a complete sham service. I would not advise wasting dollars on this crap. HI haven't replaced my phone. device

I completed the form, and there were some errors. My phone got dropped, and the screen was smashed. I didn't know why, but it said my claim was unaccepted. I've spent more than 3 hours trying to resolve the issue. Chat chatters were fantastic. I'm hoping to try to complete the task ......again.
Asurion is fantastic!
Asurion is fantastic! My husband is pretty awkward when it comes to his phone! Lol, when he works on our cars or other things, the phone is put in his pocket or onto the car's tire that he is working on, and then he forgets about it! He then runs over it, rolling on something while it's in his pocket, and so on! Asurion has provided us by providing a replacement phone every time. Their website is simple to navigate! I would suggest them to anyone who has a phone!

Don't use this company's phones that have been refurbished. The phones that they provide aren't waterproof and don't mention it. I got a new phone damaged by water after being in the water only for two minutes. I attempted to complain, but they said that their refurbished phones do not have water resistance and would not repair the phone without my paying the total amount. You'll be better off not having insurance

I experienced an issue with my brand-new iPhone, which no one else had found a solution to. After just a few minutes with the Tech via chat, she knew exactly what the issue was. I did a three-minute shutdown/restart, worked its magic behind the scenes, and boom. Problem solved. It didn't require much typing (which usually makes me avoid Chat tech assistance). Awesome!

The brand-new iPhone did not work when it came to sending or receiving text messages that contained photos to or from android users. I could also not be part of group text messages except for iPhone users. After days and hours of trying out every online support solution but not receiving any assistance at my nearby Verizon retailer, I rang 611, and Verizon offered me a patch with Adrian (at Asurion), who forced me to turn off my phone for 5 minutes while the texting was reset somehow. After I turned my device back on, it worked just like magic. I am delighted with the customer service.

I signed up with Asurion as they're usually excellent in repairs and replacements if I use the extended warranty for purchases. I chose to join the Home+ program; it was a complete cost-cutting scheme initially. It's about $30 per month. If you ever require it, you'll need to pay an additional $50-$100 based on the model and the issue. It's possible to buy another device as the repair team is likely to remain on the device, and you'd have spent enough per month to purchase an entirely new device.
Do not use these
I am shocked at how terrible this service is. If I could give it a score lower than zero, I would. It's been nearly one month, and I cannot find my replacement phone. I'm sure they're doing this to get your attention, so you should just quit and purchase a new phone. They're quick to steal your money but are lousy and ineffective at executing the terms of service. Each every time I think I'm done, they send me another email asking for additional details. I've canceled the very politely. It is by far the worst service. Do not use these. They're disgusting!
We've always had great experiences
We've always had great experiences using Samsung's service...above and above all others we've had in the past 50 years! The tech who assisted me was very accommodating and patient while I was watching him and asking various questions. He was pleasant and courteous, and very competent... It was a pleasure to be happy to have him return anytime...thank you for solving our problem in such a professional way.

I was experiencing ghost-touch issues on the iPhone, and it was impossible to turn my phone on. The process was complicated and frustrating, but the phone was reset entirely before I could restore anything or have it transferred. The phone was thoroughly cleaned before the new one was even shipped out; however, even if they'd waited, it wouldn't be an excuse. I'm without a single thing to do with the new device. Additionally, getting in touch with the company is nearly impossible, and it is also highly frustrating. It was terrible, frustrating, and extremely stressful.
The company is incredibly run
God terrible. My phone broke in a car accident. It was delivered the same day using Asurion. They shipped the iPhone 8. I had an iPhone XS. The tech could not switch phones, so I had to be without an entire day without a phone. I went to Verizon and purchased a brand-new telephone alone. I contacted to claim the $199.99 refund from Asurion, and two months later, I am constantly hearing the same excuse. "The refund is pending" The company is incredibly run.
Everyone was amiable
I got the new phone on Tuesday evening. I waited until it was "fresh" on Wednesday to begin transitioning from the iPhone 7 to my new iPhone 14 Pro. I believe I spoke with four techs in the past two days. They were all great, reiterating what I asked for and helping me through the changes. Everyone was amiable. The iPhone 14 had a tough time switching over.

This a simple and easy fix for my damaged screen. I scheduled the repair online and then went in... two hours later, I had an entirely new phone, and I also had my entire house covered for any electronics within it! Highly recommended!

I'm thrilled I made the purchase last year because my son's cell phone was recently stolen. I was skeptical about buying the plan and had never done so before. The customer service representative was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. Within minutes, she took all the information needed and solved the issue. We contacted her two days after. The representative and the addition deserve an A+++.

The replacement phone was sent the wrong color even after verifying with us the color of the phone you had shipped us; however, when you tried to return the phone to you in the correct color, you claimed that you no longer had the right color.

This insurance has been helpful numerous times and reimbursed itself several times over. I've changed my phone twice this year and am not a huge case lover. The most significant aspect is how fast replacements Sometimes arrive, even within the same day—highly recommended!

It was the worst experience I've ever encountered in replacing a smartphone. It took a long time to process the request, and when you finally made a claim, it was difficult to configure the new phone because it was stolen, and I could not connect to the old device. The employee I spoke with was not competent.

DO NOT COME HERE
This is the worst iPhone screen repair I have ever been to. They damaged my phone and have left me phone less for about a week now. I need this phone for work. I had to scramble and try to figure out work. There is no communication from them. I have to call them to get updates and they keep giving us false promises and expectations. You’d think the least they can do is to keep you updated on the status of the new phone they supposedly ordered. Will never do business with this company ever again and will not recommend to anyone!
