Jinigram LLC's Scam and False Security Claims
Jinigram LLC is a total scam, watch out! They called pretending to be with McAfee, saying my info was on the dark web. Got worried and checked my credit card - found a $134 charge from WavePol in Hong Kong I never approved.
Panicked and let them install their "protection" software. Big mistake. Two hours on the phone and $348 later, I've got useless junk on my computer.

Costly Deal From Jinigram
Jinigram is a total scam, don't fall for it! They pretend to be with McAfee and called from (855) 573-1608. Said my info was on the dark web. Then I found a weird $72 charge on my card from WavePol in Hong Kong - never authorized that!
They talked me into installing their "protection" software. Kept me on the phone for 2 hours and hit me with a $280 charge. Feel like such an idiot now. Their software is useless junk.
Reported them to the BBB and trying to get my money back. Stay away from these scammers - they're just out to rip people off!

Scam company misrepresenting themselves as McAfee. Unable to cancel my purchase immediately after discovering that they are not who they claimed to be. Will continue until I get the cancellation and return of my payment.
McAfee/Qikbay/Jinigram LLC, Tech Support Scam
Got worried about my computer's security. Called McAfee because I couldn't find their app on my iMac, even though I'd been paying for SafeLive for years. This guy Greg (Kernan or Kerman, can't remember) said SafeLive was outdated and offered to install McAfee Total Protection for $379. Let him access my computer - big mistake.
Him and another tech messed around for over an hour, downloading stuff from AnyDesk.com. Claimed they were from Jinigram, some McAfee affiliate. Got nervous when they wanted access to my apps and files.
After they finished, I checked my McAfee account. No sign of this new package, and turns out SafeLive isn't even obsolete. Pretty sure I got scammed and now I'm freaking out about identity theft. Scary stuff.
Jinigram and Qikfox scam!
So I checked out these companies Jinigram and Qikfox. Jinigram had some software thing, and Qikfox was supposed to be this privacy browser add-on. Sounded cool at first, but man, what a mess.
Found out they're both accused of running McAfee scams. And wouldn't you know it, I got hit with charges for fake virus protection. Ugh. Then I installed Qikfox and my computer went haywire - pretty sure it gave me malware.
Did some digging and it looks like Jinigram and Qikfox might be the same scammers. Big red flag.
Stay away from these guys. Don't give 'em your info or cash. From what happened to me and stuff I've read, they seem super sketchy.
Stick with antivirus companies you know. Don't be dumb like me and fall for these no-name outfits. Learn from my headache and protect yourself!

Same thing happened to my dad he was fraudulently charged 379.00 , they posed as Mcafee and they are nothing but a scam center, luckily the fraud dept with the cc company caught it before it was charged

I wish I had of read your review before I paid an exorbitant amount of money to them for McAfee protection. They are a huge scam
NOT a partner company with Mcafee
I felt very pushed into buying Mcafee Total Protection. Jeremy kept lowering the price so I finally said yes. I got seriously alarmed when he said look for the merchant QIKBAY on your checking acct. He didn’t tell me they were not Mcafee until i gave my card information. So a few minutes after the transaction, I called and Jeremy answered the phone again. I told him i was uncomfortable and didn’t want their services and asked for a refund.
He kept talking and told me I HAD to have it! I then said, you aren’t giving me my refund and I don’t appreciate you ignoring my request. He kept saying I had to have it. Basically he refused to give me a credit. I then looked up MCAFEE tel. # and the rep. explained that they never offer 3 yrs plus an extra 4th year for $180 and then she said QIKBAY/JiNIGRAM is NOT a partner company with them.
Jinigram is an India-based fraud con call center
Bad experience. HP printer problem, HP send me this company. Paid them $180, they service computer from far away. They mess up wifi, took long time to fix with local wifi company. HP printer still not work. They say will give back $80, but not yet.
Ask for paper of what they do to computer, they say too many thing to write. Smells like scam. HP say they in California, not believe it. Seem like India, not in United States. DO NOT deal with these people. Can't believe I fall for this.
Jinify is the real gem from Jinigram, LLC
My experience with Jinigram has been quite positive. They've successfully assisted me with numerous computer issues. I've found their tech team to be exceptionally competent and helpful. However, I feel pressured to purchase their products when they reach out with sales calls.
