People aren't always true to their word
Chris Bell, the insurance hub, has not returned my calls. I have been calling him for over two weeks about my canceled policy. He stated that he would call Progressive about my approach or look for another commercial auto policy.
It surprised me, especially since he wanted me to write a positive review after he received my down payment. It seems people aren't always true to their word. There are other insurance companies.

I was looking for Trucking Insurance for my trucking company. I was getting the runaround from many truck insurance companies across the country. My MVR didn't reflect a violation, so I wasn't aware of it. However, the insurance industry looked at another platform and found a breach that was not visible on my side.
