Costly Download Issues and Lack of Support Left Me Stranded
I had an awful experience with the company. When I tried to download the bond I needed, the link redirected me to a completely unrelated page, and I could not download the required document. This issue left me unable to work for several days because I couldn't file my overweight bond with TXDMV. As a result, I lost a substantial amount of money – what was supposed to be a $75 expense ended up costing me a staggering $1,225 per day in lost income. What made matters even worse was that there was no customer support available to assist me during the weekend. This experience left me frustrated and severely impacted my livelihood.

The customer service you provide is excellent! I was so happy to receive a call 60 days before when my bond was due to expire. I will likely miss it, but you don't ever forget, and you're always courteous and professional. If I'm not sure if I'm ready to renew when I phone, ask me to call again just before the expiration date.

Not Happy
We received a letter today sent on the 25th of April by Paul Bruflat stating our policy was terminated for not paying. We have spent all the amount due. I'm not sure what the reason came to us. Not Happy!!

Communication was poor, and the bond was ultimately rejected due to an incorrect document. The customer warns others to beware of doing business with this company.

We spoke to Chance about a few weeks before we renewed our bond. He informed us to inform him that we would not be able to continue the bond. We discussed some issues with our shippers and asked Chance to fix these issues. Once the problems are solved, we could extend our bond. Absolutely terrible experience
Terrible experience. Many years of customer, never had any problems. Renewing bonds. The company sent financial statements, but this wasn't sufficient. I wanted an official bank statement. Your employees responded that I was required to "Show a bank statement to back up the financials" as if they were AUDITED. Professionally prepared financial statements are not factual. Chris and Matt Blockage are AWFUL, and we will never again do business with you guys. There are a lot of bond companies that are devoted to their customers, particularly long-term good customers! Good riddance!

Tyler Meyer, the customer service representative, is the worst! I called Tyler Meyer to inquire why I kept getting emailed repeatedly and was contacted about a future payment. It was no less than to be informed that my account would be canceled if I did not pay by the due date (2 weeks earlier).
Alas, he spoke over me and said that he would cancel my account because I was unhappy with the harassment. He didn't care that I wanted to cancel. Imagine how many customers he lost because he was so unreceptive and not understanding! I hope that the upper management sees this and gets in touch with me! They should be aware!!
