Delayed and Dissatisfying
It took me a lot of time for everything to be sorted out as well as the speed of response was less than I'd would have liked.
Poor Handling of Refund
I'm disappointed with the way my policy concerns have been handled. Initially, I received incorrect information from a previous agent, which was frustrating. Later, Mike McLeod took over, and while I believe he tried his best, the overall handling of my issue has been highly unsatisfactory. To this day, I have not received a callback regarding my refund.
I've made over 15 calls to customer service, and each time; I'm given the same old story: "Your issue has been escalated to the highest priority, and you'll receive a callback within 24 hours." Unfortunately, it has been too many 24 hours, and none of the representatives seem to follow through on their promises.
I strongly advise against getting involved with this company based on my personal experience.

Ramen kept me and my business; he's the most dedicated worker. Very few people can divest themselves as he did, so I'd like to Thank you. Exceptional customer service
Heather Knight. If I could offer at least two thumbs-up, I'd do it! Then she bribed my former homeowner's insurance company to pay me over $1000 on a policy I believed I had canceled one year ago. Still, she was able to find me a more affordable price on an auto insurance policy. My approach is around $400 less annually, offering better protection than a miner, and Insurance Hub has provided me with exceptional customer service. Strongly recommend that you quote your insurance requirements of yours with them.

I must say that Curtis was extremely friendly and patient! Curtis would call me to check if he could not answer or follow up via email. His previous agent took days to respond to my emails and days to complete requests. I'll recommend him to fellow Tow Truck owners.

The service was quick and efficient
I needed assistance with my current insurance policy. I made them a phone call. Bryan Pietras answered the phone. I was unsure how I would complete what I was required to do with my policy. Bryan was highly accommodating. The service was not working, and he kept calling until he could assist me in determining what I needed to do. He was helpful and courteous; I'd use Bryan whenever I needed help or had queries if I could. The service is excellent; however, Bryan did more than in helping me out and even called me back after the service was lost. The service was quick and efficient even when I was constantly being disconnected. I waited in line for about 15 minutes, and Bryan was able to complete everything I needed and answer all concerns I asked.

Becca is, undoubtedly, the most professional agent I've been able to work with within the past 30 years in need of insurance. She's very knowledgeable and can provide me with what I want. A great personality and a pleasure to speak to.

I have been experiencing terrible customer service
Since my agent quit the company for the last four months, I have been experiencing terrible customer service. They call to ask me how I'm doing. My insurance requests and requests for changes or new products have not been attended to for the past 4 to 5 months—Poor customer service. People aren't sure of what they're doing. I had three different people contact me, with no response. None of them were able to perform simple tasks. They aren't interested in you. This is the way it happens when businesses grow. They will only be concerned with new customers. Avoid these people. I am currently trying to find an alternative agency.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. As an agent, you'd believe you had the best interests in their mind. My insurance was not renewed, and they did not inform me until after 22 days. Nationwide stated that a letter was sent to them regarding it. I have tried calling their customer service, and no one is on the phone. If you select New Business, they will call you back. !!!! It seems like that's all the calls they'd like to receive. It's a mystery.

Although the rates were cheaper, they didn't have a way to inform the mortgage companies, and so the majority of members of the insurance company purchased duplicate insurance, which cost me a little bit. My company is waiting for compensation for the loss of wages, medical expenses, and tow charges because of Insurance Hub's negligence. We paid the initial sum of 11k to secure coverage and found out that our equipment wasn't covered as a breach in insurance coverage after our driver was stopped and given a citation for not having insurance. My trailer and truck were torn. The issue has been going on for over 90 days, and we aren't able to resolve the issue.

When they were quoting a policy
When they were quoting a policy, they could be pretty infuriating. After the policy has been put in place, they're not responsive. I've sent emails requesting changes... NO RESPONSE FROM TWO DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES. I've asked for a form I need urgently and have received NO response from two different employees. I'll call the insurance company directly and make the required steps to switch to another agency. Beware of this company like you would a rat and choose a business that will value your business and will earn it. I'm sure I'll.
We are happier in other places.
We had to endure three years of incompetence within this organization. Monica Lott is non-responsive, doesn't follow through, and has caused us to pay hundreds of dollars worth of unneeded commercial insurance for automobiles. We've finally got done with this company, and we are happier in other places. We also save $20,00 per year.
Beware of this business
Beware of this business. They're great at trying to gain your business, but once you're in, do not demand that they change your policy. I've had contact with Chantel, and her assistant Monica who's communication is abysmal. They don't even respond to your calls or respond to your call when you leave a voice message. This isn't the way to treatreatclients, particularly when you are paying more than $2000 to insure!

Poor communication, not being accountable for their customers' needs, not motivation, Lack of support, and acceptance circumstances. All employees are helpful and provide excellent service. The InsuranceHub business needs to eliminate her from her job. Hire someone who understands how they operate and what they must perform in this field. Monica Lott is not a person who can take on this job and position. She's lazy and talks about excuses for her work and a plethora of emails. If you're unable to manage this pressure and multitasking of your job, then work elsewhere. Please don't waste my time and others' time. We have a lot to do in our lives and business. I called Nationwide today after I logged onto the website to check out my new auto insurance ID cards. I was surprised to find a recent price listed; however, the ID card details were inaccurate. When I phoned, Nationwide Mike was the person who assisted me. He was attentive and worked with me on the phone to solve the problem. He sent me new ID cards by email and provided the follow-up information I asked for. I was delighted! I appreciated the urgency! I'll contact Nationwide to search for ID cards on their website.

I've been trying to resolve a concern regarding our insurance policy for our home for eight months. Although the issue should have been resolved much quicker, Lynn Day assisted me throughout the process. She followed up by calling me and my lender (this is not something I've ever experienced previously, and usually, I need to follow up with businesses). Even though we thought all was done, Lynn made herself available to help me. She's been a joy for me to collaborate with.

It was the worst experience
I had a conversation with Jamyra. She provided me with a quote for homeowner insurance at a single price and then said it was accepted after nearly seven days of sending emails and messages. I finally got a call, and the price was raised by almost 3000.00. It was the worst experience I've experienced.

It's been an issue, to be honest. It was a challenge to bring all my insurance in one place for six homes. Even though the rates were cheaper, they didn't have a way to inform the mortgage companies. As a result, several members of the insurance company bought additional insurance, which cost me a little bit. After a few months, it's still difficult to sort out the problems.
I am highly disappointed
I am highly disappointed by this company's lies after lie. I began with one insurance that was not sufficient to be used for my business. Afterward, I was informed by the insurance Hub that I'd receive an amount of money back and that we could go towards the following insurance provider with their offer of insurance comparable to my needs. It's been more than two months, and I discovered that I had been covered by the new and the old insurance. Then when I called to inquire about clarity, nobody could figure out which, giving me the most fierce tour by progressive. I was told my new insurance would not fit with them.
I was then given three different calls that they were going to end my policy. I spoke to them two weeks later to find out it's still in effect, and I am still owing on the first policy, and the second, I cannot receive the refund they claimed to have done. I wouldn't use progressive or the insurance hub because of the lack of communication. I don't care who's sick or what it is because, in the end, I'll not be the sole one who loses. I am the proprietor of auto smart customs. Collaborate with them if you're looking for an excellent method to avoid debt. You will be regretted every day.

Robyn Roberts was charming to work with. However, the communication was not there, and I lost 5k. I then told them the hands were tied. is a scam. I have not had any issues with the price.
I've been with this company for a long time and have been a loyal customer for several years. I trust this firm to provide me with the best rates for each of my properties. I am now unsure whether I was paying too much for my policies. The main issue I encountered recently was when my insurance was due for renewal. Due to one particular ticket, it nearly tripled in value from Nationwide Insurance. The problem was that when the revival was in process, it was not caught that my premium had increased by a third. I've since canceled all my insurance policies and am saving cash on all my insurance, like my automobile.
There's no response when I phone
The first time I was to be onboarded, my experience was excellent. After my onboarding, the agent, Mike, did not respond to my messages. I then realized that Lisa was taking control of my account. My letters were unanswered, and I'd have repeatedly called to receive a response. My agent at present is Chantell. I sent multiple emails, but no response. There's no response when I phone. Then when I contacted her, she told me she was working on it. If I could not give zero stars, I would. The company seems to only take care of getting you signed up. Once you've signed up, you're on your own!

Communication has been a nightmare. I specifically requested them to stop. I don't hear back for two days when I reply to emails. Becki has been purposefully ignoring my emails. The insurance company for my home has paid them for a renewal application they sent me, even though I had told them to stop. The company is fraudulent and non-professional.

Insurance Hub, in general, is aware of its clients ' needs and will do whatever it takes to ensure that customers are handled well. The person who answered my call, Heather Knight, was helpful and understanding of my immediate needs. She was kind enough to chat to cheer me up. She could get in touch with the insurance representative directly, so I didn't need to.
