A total scam
A total scam! I've been waiting a month, and my iPhone 13 Pro Max has not been unlocked. It's funny how hard I'm trying to find the website shortly. I'm willing to spend more money watching this fake website disappear. Thanks for the lovely food you and your staff provided me with. I will be serving you soon as well.
It's a shame they're still taking advantage of customers.
This is the most shady website ever. I placeorderedunlock a phonunlock a phoneinformation. It's a shame they're still taking advantage of customers. There aren't a few emails, and the one I received machine-generated responses. It's ridiculous that they boast that they have done it in just 26 days.
Unfortunately, the price had changed from when I started using them. It was $35, now $135! We own one iPhone 5 locked with Sprint. The phone was old, and Sprint could not find it in their database for unlocking, so we turned to DoctorSIM as a last resort. It worked! My nephew was able to use it for six months without issue. He erroneously reset the phone back to factory settings to sell it. Still, the sticker would not be anymore because it recently altered its ICCID authentication process. DoctorSIM responded to our request for assistance within 24 hours and advised them that they were trying to find an answer and would reimburse us if we requested. I suggested we accept the refund and then make another purchase once it was functioning. Their refund has been posted just today! Their customer service stole my heart.
The instructions for unlocking my phone were unclear
The instructions for unlocking my phone were unclear, so I asked for help. After two weeks they didn't respond so I contacted them again asking for a refund. Through several emails, they proceeded-say that they couldn't unlock my phone and wouldn't be issuing a refund. Part of their reasoning is because they said it's my responsibility to call this certain number to see if the phone could first be unlocked. I did this with no success. Now I'm stuck in a foreign country with a phone that I can use and no modes of communication, forcing me to buy a temporary phone.
I would not purchase any of their programs
It's taken longer than a couple of minutes to get the IMEI check that was supposed to be free, prompting me to provide my email address to receive the information. The only thing I have received so far was an email saying, "It'll take a couple of minutes. While you wait, would you mind extending some appreciation to ensure this service remains free? It's also free elsewhere with no email address and without being compelled to leave a positive review to obtain the details. I believe that the doctor's scam is a fraud. I would not purchase any of their programs, I'm sure of it.
I request an exchange
It's been a while since I placed an order for AT&T sim lock, but I got the same response from the email that says 5-10 days. When I request an exchange, the same answer I receive is still on the order process number
They have taken the funds from my bank account, but there is no charge
They have taken the funds from my bank account, but there is no charge. They sent me a text with a phone number, but it did not work. I tried to find it via Google, and they connected me to an Asian website. Scummy
This is false advertising.
A poor experience, incorrect information. My credit with UNEFON is never recharged, but it's never as much as the DoctorSIM website claims. If I pay for ten consecutive days, I receive five. If I recharge for 21 days and I get 10. I've told them repeatedly that the amount I rechrestoreds not match precisely what the UNEFON website states; however, customer service tells me that I should call Unefon. This is false advertising. t is not true that the DoctorSIM website advertises the incorrect amount. This is false advertising.
However they are not correct
I ran an IMEI check/report request, and it returned a clear. This is my son's stolen phone (IP13 Max Pro), and it's BLACKLISTED. The phone was reported stolen by police, network carriers, and insurance companies. I've tried to contact you twice, and you keep saying hurry up and purchase/unlock the phone. Today, another email is sent to take advantage of your discount. Why not open your iPhone with discounts of up to 45% for 4 hours? Check out all of our checks. We're sorry! You don't know what checks you have made. However, they are not correct. You're reporting STOLEN as well as BLACKLISTED phones, but not.
So far so good
So far, so good. I just learned about doctorSIM on the first day and am thrilled to have learned about these services. The interface is easy to use, and monitoring my iPhone is simple. I will use these to unlock the phone if the checks are successful.
Excellent website
Excellent website. I hope to increase the free service and provide new unlock prices for iPhone 13 pro max so I will be able to pay you.
A false company
I paid for an unlock. I was given a quote of 0-5 business days. When I checked the status, it stated that it had been completed successfully and that my unlock instructions would soon be emailed to me. It now says that it is in progress, but there is a delay.
How did it get from being completed to in progress with delays? It cannot be finished if it suddenly stops. It's done means it's done, but now it's not. We are now past the five-business-day deadline, and there is no word on when or how it will be completed. They're giving me the runaround, and I feel they aren't being truthful with me.
Unlocked by EMEA Service
Apple sent me a replacement iPhone for my unlocked iPhone, which could not be fixed. It worked in Switzerland, but it did not work in Brazil as the iPhone was locked by EMEA Services. This is Apple's region lock. Apple refused to assist me. doctorSIM was able to unlock the iPhone without any problems. It worked quickly, efficiently, and well. Although the price was reasonable, I believe Apple should have paid it.
