I decided to call Quality Appliance Repair after seeing their reviews on Yelp and BBB. The technician explained the issue, walking me through what was wrong (and what wasn't). Even though I couldn't understand it fully, the guy explained everything until I fully understood the problem.
He was pretty upfront and pinpointed the problem with my Subzero freezer's two under-counter drawer freezers . One look at their technician was enough to analyze the problem, which saved me $3,700, steering me clear of what could've been a total rip-off. These guys know their stuff, not just about the appliances they're fixing but also the ins and outs of maintaining the tricky bits, like compressors and freon gas.

Poor Communication and Awful Booking
Unfortunately, this agency is a victim of its personal success. I've been trying to e book in a restore for 3 days now. In that time, I had been given three slots after which informed that those slots are not available. Initially, they asked my mom's tenants cellphone quantity which I supplied. They have been not able to attain the tenants so that they requested that the tenants call them directly.
The tenants did this and have been then told that the booking needed to come from the owner and they would not accept a reserving from tenants. I tried to call on the tenants behalf and were given a voicemail. So I left a message. No callback. I messaged once more Was told that the time slot offered the tenants was long past. Was provided any other and requested for *my* details. I gave these straight away.
A few hours later, I got a respond pronouncing that the time slot they provided me turned into long gone. Offered a new slot for *next week*. Really?? Incredibly terrible verbal exchange from this organisation and awful booking abilities. It doesn't depend if the restore paintings is right. You'll be lucky if you may get an appointment. Avoid.
Very Disappointing
I sent a message inquiring about a dryer we've got that desires some work. Although the reaction became short I was informed they do now not work on dryers no matter it pronouncing they do. After messaging returned to reconfirm I was advised they certainly do and that they misunderstood. Completely comprehensible I proceeded with giving them information approximately the dryer, however after that I become left on examine and no one ever reached again out. I see numerous fine feedback however the verbal exchange I received or need to I say loss of became very disappointing.
Low life experience
My experience with Sergey left much to be desired in terms of professionalism. His attitude was more of a "take it or leave it" approach, which was disappointing. I had thoroughly researched and purchased the necessary parts, expecting a smooth installation process.
Sergey's installation services were not up to par. Frankly, I felt that if I had relied on a YouTube video, I could have completed the installation myself. He broke one of the drip tray clips for my Viking gas range during the process. He couldn't find one when I inquired about a replacement part and insisted, "yours was already broken, and the other one was melted." Unfortunately, I didn't capture a video as evidence of the pre-existing condition.
Although Sergey eventually completed the job, the overall experience was meager. I now have reservations about relying on Quality Appliance Repair for future service calls.

I could not find anyone who would examine the broken ice maker in my freezer and even figure out how to fix it until I contacted Quality Appliance Repair. Aaron was extremely patient and efficient, returning with the correct parts to fix the ice maker and trying to repair to reconnect the electric connection, which was ripped out. He explained the issue in depth, offered me options, and most importantly, today we've got a new Ice-maker and fresh, excellent ice and highly recommended!

The cost was reasonable for the level of service. They guarantee their work with a one-year warranty on the parts and a six-month warranty for labor. I'll be back as a client.

The technician hasn't shown up on time for the scheduled appointment. If I reached the guy (6 days after the start of the window for arrival), the technician was unfriendly and defensive and did not seem concerned that he'd let us down. I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

My washer is quite old. It was probably manufactured in the 1960s. However, it's got a lot of important issues that will cost a lot of money to fix even if we were able to find replacement parts. Sergey discussed in detail the problems and cost. The advice was to purchase an alternative one, which I'm working on now. It's not the best news, but great work and suggestions.
