This happened to me twice in Weybridge
Always ensure you have your bags checked if you're picking up your purchase at a store. This happened to me twice in Weybridge. The first time, there were two teenagers, and they forgot to provide me with two bottles of coconut milk. The second time was today with an elderly lady. I purchased two bottles of valerian. I do not believe in people generally, so before leaving the store, I inspected my ba,g and you know what? There was only one item. My question is, Do they do this every time to make sure that the customers do not have to check their bags? Or do they simply unprofessionally constantly miss something?
The most excellent customer service
The most excellent customer service I've experienced. I am delighted with their products. Recently I faced an issue with my address as I relocated, and they were very accommodating and delivered the package to me again. Also, some Products came with the 1+1 offer, and since they needed to send me the box, they didn't remember about the problem, and I've not put two Products in my basket. They kindly apologized and then sent me the missing products. I've been a client for several years and have never had any issues. I bought from the shop and then ordered from home as well. If I could offer you 10 Stars the chance, I'd give you ten stars!! Thank you, H ollandandbarrett, for this pleasant experience and these fantastic products.
There is no back porch.
My parcel was delivered to an address that is not correct. The only thing H&B claims they have to do is to call Yodel to confirm they delivered the package. Yodel confirmed that they gave the item to a back porch. There is no back porch. The picture of the delivery does not belong to my home. I'm not because the driver said it was delivered to the correct house! It appears that's all they have to do with the PS75 parcel.
I've never had a problem buying in stores
I've never had a problem buying in stores, but I've been thinking of buying online from the beginning. I purchased an infrared lamp that cost PS26.99 I figured I'd buy two relatively inexpensive moisturizers to get above PS30 to get the discount of 15. The package arrived with the light but not the moisturizers. There's no invoice describing the missing item or email, so I call customer service. They provprovidedalternative, but the one they sent is not delivered yet again, and they reimbursed me for the discount they added to the lamp, which is, I believe, in stock on the site when I wrote this review. It's a bit bitter since this item was the main reason for my purchase, and I'd like to be patient to wait a bit longer. The experience in the store is generally 5/5 or better.
I will never use your services
You never wanted to address my concerns regarding the horrible behavior of your store manager at the store you manage in Camberwell, even with witnesses. You have not ever contacted me without no me calling you. You ought to be ashamed of the selection process and the manager. I will never use your services again, and I've spoken to many people about this horrible situation. Watch out for potential customers; you won't receive the desired level.
They not contact the delivery company
I have ordered several items from this business, and the service their delivery partner has provided me, yodel, has been a disaster since been next day delivery. I was sure I was to be there on Friday, and nothing showed up, and the tracking said it would be delivered on Saturday. Then the Sunday was a complete failure, and nothing was born on Tuesday at 19:30; I contacted Holland and Barrett's customer support and was told to hold off 72 hours. Can they not contact the delivery company or follow this issue with an email? We rely so heavily on technology that they can't get any of this right.
Will not be returning to this place again.
I visited Holland and Barlett Abington Street in Northampton to buy a few items. I walked around the shop but couldn't find what I was looking for, so I asked a staff member the name of a man with a dark complexion. He was more concerned with calling his phone rather than interacting with me. I was irritated and felt unimportant as a customer. I could not receive anything to assist me. In addition, the fact that he was dressed in tracksuit bottoms . I had no idea holland, and bar barrette had their own sports shop or gym. He looked so shabby. I knew that Holland and Barrett were meant to take pride in their customer service and smartness .well it wasn't like this. I left in disgust, took my details somewhere, and was not appreciated. Will will not be returning to this place again.
This is not very helpful.
The H&B shops are my favorite. I have issues with the inconvenient method of ordering online from stores. They do not take inventory from the store they choose to purchase. The item is wrapped inside bubble wrap, tucked away, and shipped to the shop ( even if it's an order of seeds in packets, it's not broken), but at what costs to the environment, which is a concern for me. I've tried to contact them and suggest they choose the goods from the store stock, only to receive a sluggish response. This is not very helpful. This is why I gave it a star.
The customer service is shoddy
Exercise cautiously when purchasing online from Holland or Barrett. The customer service is shoddy. The delivery process is not reliable, and delays are expected. Processing of payments is fast and efficient. It is poor service, so it's not even worth a star.
Absolutely disgusting service
The service was abysmal from the personnel at the customer's service who called me at least 5-6 times to address the same issue, but none of them could respond to straight questions. You can count on the staff. One of them put me waiting on hold for 20 minutes to locate the number for the Plymouth Drak's Circus Store but then came back to claim it was the Bradford store. Wasn't that the case? Routed me to a Birmingham stone for God's security.
The staff are always helpful
I go to my neighborhood H&B at Angel frequently. The quality of the products is excellent, and there are great discounts during the season. The staff is always helpful and extremely helpful, even encouraging. I would highly recommend H&B.
Highly recommended
For quite some time now, Holland and Barrett have been my online shopping destination. I'm sorry that I didn't find them sooner.
There is a wide range of products for health and great prices. If I need something specific, I always go to them first. They usually have it. I have highly recommended it!
