Very Shady Business
As an insider , this is a small business who falsely tries to perceive a happy go lucky environment for employees and customers. I can tell you right now , the customers are paying for over priced products that are cheaper on the actual retailers website, they act like the discounts they give are good discounts when in actuality even with the discounts you still are paying more for a product that is overpriced purposely. They try to get us to sell the customers tinctures of their own brand which aren’t really that good and more then likely expired because they sit on the shelves for so long . They want us to act like we care about the customers needs when at the end of each consultation, they want the end goal to be to get the customers to buy as much products as we can get them . I seen employees smile in customer faces and the moment they walk out the door , they are bad mouthing them ! Mangers talk bad about employees instead of coming to them with issues they need to fix , there is a division between state to state franchises, the Georgia locations talk about the Texas locations , and it’s vice versa . The VIP Sales Manager Carlos will literally hound you when it comes to our sales averages , just to cover his own tracks and insure that their investors get the money they invested into CBD Pros back , and he literally makes people uncomfortable. Everything circles around a money gimmick for them , which I understand because at the end of the day they are a business but they are so unprofessional with it . There are days we work all day by ourselves, and they don’t want us to close the store during our breaks that we are legally required to have , if I can’t close the store for my break and you expect me to take customers then that’s not a break . I can go on and on about them , you can’t even trust the reviews under the locations because they literally bribe customers with a free product if they leave a 5 star review and let’s be real, who wouldn’t take a free product?! They are overall just a real shady business that’s not as genuine as they try to appear! As long as you’re paying then they’ll love you of course ….
Weird Experience
It was a bit of a strange experience I went into the store tonight to purchase a Delta 8 disposable vape. I was met by a person who was young and had soundproof ears. I informed them of the things I wanted but was given no suggestion of how to locate the item. When I found what I was looking for, I asked if they had any suggestions regarding what to buy, and they replied smoking the product and gave no other suggestions.
There was no "well the majority of people understand it ..." and "I've been selling a lot of these ...", at some point. I finally chose the one I was unsure of and then when I went to pay and was asked to show my identification and I gave them my passport issued by the government.
The person looked it over for a few minutes before giving me a smirk and a look of disbelief as if I given them a piece of paper that had my birthday written in pencil. I wanted to know what they were looking for, but they didn't really do anything bad, it was only terrible customer service that seem odd at a health shop that's an alternative.
I've never had terrible customer service
I went to the store last night, and there was nothing there when I entered the store. The worker walked through their front doors a couple of minutes later but didn't say hello or inquire about what I wanted to find. I wanted to know what disposables they had. I had to greet HIM. He showed me two or three, none of which I knew the cost. I inquired if these were the only ones they had on hand, and he replied with a grin, "No, I just showed you the ones over there." I walked out immediately; I've never had terrible customer service in a smoke shop before. After I left, it was funny that the shop, he left the shop and then went back into his vehicle.
I would highly recommend it!
I visited this shop two weeks ago to purchase some items for my grandmother. The drinks she bought were brownies and gummies. The products she tried were delicious and helped ease the discomfort she was beginning to suffer from. She said her body was very relaxed; however, she could work during the daytime. The staff was amiable, and the place was clean and safe. I would highly recommend it!
