Sad! just a couple of years ago a 3 lb roll of burgers smokehouse summer sausage was $14.99 at my local market. this year only 1 lb rolls are available @ $14.99. this will be the 1st year since the 1970s that my family's will not be enjoying this summer sausage for Christmas. I was raised near California Missouri.

I've been delighted at the smokehouse, because of the high quality of the products but also the price system is among the most efficient I've seen. It's great to know that the cost quoted is the price you will pay. Since I've gotten older, it is so easy to monitor my expenses.

The turkey breast smoked was icy and frozen when it arrived. It was delicious, just like the rest of the time, and making some delightful Smoked turkey sandwiches! Fast shipping, and the delivery was on time.

Our daughter and I think the Burger Smokehouse sausages are one of the finest we've eaten. To top it off, my latest order came up with only one sausage link. I immediately called customer service and told her about the issue, and she got the new box ready before the following date was up. That's excellent customer service.
I am very disappointed.
I bought a ham for my friends towards the end of November. to celebrate Christmas. A few days before Christmas, our friends informed us that they had not received the ham. Tracking claimed it was in UPS. When I contacted UPS, I was told that the label was missing. Someone should have realized the item hadn't been delivered after four weeks! I am very disappointed.

My first order was with this company, but I haven't received it. I placed my order on 22nd March and paid $60 to secure the delivery. The total cost was more than $300. It is now the 27th. I was given the ribs as a present and was delighted with the idea of them. I made an order and received it today. I'm completely dissatisfied with the temperature. The gel packs were chilled, and the upper two or three packets were "warm" to the touch.. .ve put them in my freezer, hoping that, since they're "pre-cookie,d," they will be safe for consumption... I am a bit disappointed. You can make better choices.

We thought we'd try you since we see your ads frequently. We ordered a Country Ham - the saltiest Ham we've ever tasted. Each piece of Ham was pure salt. It was so salty that it was a sour expel, terrible to be eaten by everyone. It was a complete failure experience, embarrassing...
It must be an acquired taste from the country
I purchased two trays from Original Stuffing from Burgers. I LOVE Stuffing. However, I only have the pleasure of eating it only once every year during Thanksgiving. So, I ordered it from Burgers and thought it would be similar to the traditional Stuffing. I didn't consider that Burgers Smoke Turkey they place inside their Stuffing. I didn't enjoy it even a bit. It's NOT to say it was a Bad Product. It was not. It's just that it must be an acquired taste from the country. The packaging was excellent, and the speed of delivery was awe-inspiringly rapid. However, the flavor did not appeal to me.
Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Worst ever service. The item was delivered incorrectly—no ice pack. The vacuum seal is broken. Uneditable, I had to throw it away. It was embarrassing as it was a Christmas gift, and there was no time to locate the replacement gift because he was in a different state. I called several times and left messages, voicemails, and via em. I was contacted once, even when I'd already described everything that had occurred beforehand. I've been using the company for a long time for deteriorating gifts, products, and,d most importantly, the delivery service. The ribs you sent me do not look like those featured in your mail-out catalog or on your website... The ribs you gave me are not very meaty and are substandard in every aspect. When I first tasted these Kansas City-style pork ribs, they were delivered my way by one of my previous customers as a thank-you gift. They were unique, delicious, and meaty. Our neighbors gave me a box of gifts to celebrate Christmas this year. It included two summer sausages and two cheese blocks. The cheddar cheese that was smoked began to form inside the packaging. I've enjoyed hams from this brand before and thoroughly enjoyed them. However, it wasn't enjoyable to discover a defective product in the present.

Therefore, if the product weighs 4-5 pounds, you know it is 4 pounds. I've noticed that I always receive the lowest, meaning the range is unnatural.

I was disappointed by the rope sausage as well as your link sausage. They both tasted very bland and didn't even deserve two stars. The price is quite high, but I can live with it even if the sausage is tasty. I haven't yet tried the chub sausage before; however, I'm likely to spice it up if I decide to attempt it. Even though I could freeze the hocks immediately, I was terrified to consume them. The food was packaged with shredded paper, not inside the styrofoam box, and it did not stay cold! The other item in my purchase (smoked Hamhocks) was packed in a styrofoam package but contained only one small Ice pack. I believe this should be reported due to health issues.

I've purchased Burger's Hams for over 15 years and have never experienced an unsatisfactory Ham. They're always fresh and delicious. However, I wouldn't suggest Prime Rib.

The benefit was that it didn't shrink as claimed). However, the drawbacks included that the flavor was more saltysaltierbacon you buy at the store and lacked any distinctive taste. We couldn't detect any maple flavor,, and the overall taste was nothing more than the other brands sold in stores. With the cost of the product and the appealing advertising for this product, this was a huge disappointment. I reached out to customer service with my concerns. They stated that their bacon is indeed saltier because of their unique rubs, and they would forward my concerns regarding the flavor to the Quality Assurance department. So far, no response. I'm hoping that my review will assist them in enhancing their product.

It was amazing
We made our first order of whole turkey roasted with herbs to celebrate Thanksgiving. It was amazing! We also ordered our usual ribs for my husband's birthday in January (probably the 6th or more times we've purchased or ordered these items). The last time we had them, it was a flop, and they were not praised by anyone (which was why everyone who invited them to our house came). They were hard and the dry rubs tasted more like ham... When you pay for a premium and expect a certain quality, it's difficult to be disappointed. I'm wondering if the pork source has changed or if you have adjusted your prep...either case, we'll have to consider a different option next year.

I defrosted an earlier order of burnt ends from beef to make room for my ordered smoked chops and turkey. A lot of the steamed meat was not palatable. I needed to throw them away. But before that, I looked up the ingredients, and the first ingredient listed in"sauce "sauce" was high fructose corn syrup. I've ordered from Burgers for a long time. They were disgustingly sweet, indecent, and offensive. As I said, inedible. I cooked several hamburgers instead. For about $30/lb. This is infuriating and unprofessional. I'll think twice before purchasing anything from Burgers in the future, though their products that are not saucy do better.

I ordered the Slice and sealed Attic aged ham 7.5 to 8.5 pounds. I'm looking for a well-cooked shank of ham that I can use to cook soup. I bought the legs a few years ago, and they were not great; I decided to try this one to find more meat. It's not the best choice for soup making. It is not at all. A little bit of making eggs on biscuits, but certainly, it's not the best also. Many of the boxes I received contained only bone and fat.

Highly disappointed with this product. It cost over 50.00 dollars for a frozen pie that wasn't even handmade. The crust tasted and looked similar to the frozen pies in the freezer department, and the peaches were not fresh. They were solid and tasted like they were picked a bit early. My sister, her son, and a friend loved the potatoes and steaks. The pie, however, was a complete disappointment. The blackberries were tasty. However,r the crust of the pie was "rancid and very salty." I've purchased from you for many years and am always happy. The product I bought in previous years wasn't provided this year.
