TERRIBLE Customer service
Terrible customer service! I was informed by Fixlers manager three times in two days that they will call me as soon as possible and I'll receive an estimate for the kitchen project I desperately need.
However, nobody has even tried to contact me after calling four times to see if anyone is actually at the top of this issue or should I abandon the call.
And then I even dared to complain about their customer service and was not treated with respect. ....guess what? "I received a phone email from the manager .....stating it is because they cannot help me in my work I vowed to take by since I complained about the person I had spoken to earlier. .....TERRIBLE Customer service!
