Late-delivered, late-lacked communication
This company was recommended to us because they don’t use third-party shippers. They were the most costly of all quotes. We used them due to their positive reviews. They arrived a day late.
They said that expected delivery from Washington to Virginia took nine days ….. It took 13 days. We didn’t hear back from them or know the driver’s location every time we called.
The truck arrived in good condition. Don’t rush to get your vehicle or communicate with others.
