A very frustrating experience
A horrible experience attempting to have my car removed and then removed. Initially, I was promised a pick-up time on Friday. The cancellation was last minute. They informed me that the latest time was an appointment on Monday. The following day it was canceled yet again. However, they said they would pick it up at the end of the day. I didn't get a response on the ETA, although I tried calling several times throughout the afternoon. When I called them at five P.M, They said they would require me to pick it up on Tuesday Morning. The offer was not revised to include all the hours I'd been waiting and gave false assurances throughout the entire duration—a very frustrating experience.

They're terrible! They offered me 1055 dollars for my 2008 Prius that had been in storage for a while, which I thought was reasonable. In the next 30 minutes, before the tow truck arrives, they send me an email rescinding the offer to $400! I reached them by phone, and anyone will answer their number! They're not my company, or you should!!

It was an incredibly easy experience using this firm to sell the 2014 Nissan Altima. I had planned to deal through Carmax. However, this business offered me an additional $650 and even said they would pick up my vehicle for no cost. I was somewhat anxious about cashing the cashing of checks and making payments. Absolutely the worst business to visit. The entire day was wasted. The dispatcher had made a mistake several times when trying to find the right towing company collects my car. I called around 7 am, and at 5 am, I was irritated because my car didn't get my vehicle taken away. I visited Cash for Cars (WHICH is a reputable option if you want to get your vehicle in town, go to Cashforcars), and my car was removed from my driveway in less than four hours.

The check bounced. When I contacted them, I was told they were passing it off to others and eventually said that it was the driver's fault who came to pick up my vehicle. Someone would call me to rectify this. I still cannot pay the money, and they've taken my car. Right now, my car has been taken by Wheezy.

My car charged me a ridiculous amount when the tow truck arrived. Even though they were aware of the condition of my car, they altered their offer right there and then. A shady business. They knew that the car would not move, and I had no choice other than to sell the vehicle, and they altered their offer to the lowest price. This is very unprofessional. The company is constantly texting me to let me write an honest review while they're doing nothing to remedy the situation.

Drivers who pick up the vehicle are an outside contractor and is highly undependable. We waited for the first day but did not show up. The whole time we waited, I was frustrated evening. Even the next day, after I called and the driver arrived 20 minutes late, and I had to get for my appointment. During this conference, the driver made calls to me ten times within 15 minutes. It was selfish and ignorant behavior. Wheezy must find a method of screening unsafe drivers.
