He was understanding, helpful, and extremely helpful. It wasn't like I was talking to a machine, lol. He solved my issue after examining my issue more thoroughly.
Richard AXS was great
Richard from AXS was excellent. No fuss. Rapidly react and solve the issue. The system was highly frustrating with long gaps, and it was likely the chatter was among other clients. I could not leave my mobile, fearing losing my spot in the queue. Then during the live chat. I had to constantly touch the screen to ensure the discussion was live and could not perform anything else. The process took about 30 minutes, which was not Richard's fault.
We could have gotten around this issue
It was accessible to reserve, but we couldn't reserve exact seats, which was a bit difficult because we were ten people and the most reservation you can make is six people. We could have gotten around this issue, but the problem was that it was difficult to find seats that were close to one another.

I purchased two tickets to the Robbie Williams concert and bought what I believed were two VIP tickets at PS150, but I was unaware that the cost was one ticket, and I ended up having two tickets for myself and a friend and 1 VIP ticket. I can't get a refund. It's impossible that I would have offered PS150 to two tickets for VIP. I am sure I've been taken advantage of and cannot claim an exchange. PS150 was a waste of money as we do not want to be separated.
The customer service center was beneficial
I could not receive tickets because of an error in entering the correct email addresses. Additionally, due to a deteriorating health condition, my spouse could not attend. Aniko at the customer service center was beneficial and helped sort out an immediate refund.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I purchased tickets but had to use the AXS application for downloading tickets. The app isn't working and won't let you sign in. It keeps popping up with errors. There is no way to reach AXS. They are not able to help me through Live Chat. I wasted a lot of money and time, and now I must fight to recover my money. I would not recommend the company entirely at all costs.
The most pleasant experience
I tried the process initially, and if I weren't an untrustworthy person I could have believed that the purchase was legitimate.
At the time of writing this, it seems to not be the case and I needed to repeat the process (which I've received confirmation from PayPal) So hopefully it's the right thing I'm seeking, however it causes me to be a bit worried, it isn't the most pleasant experience. Cheers.
It was a complete waste of time
I bought tickets in February to see maze perform in Greenwich at the Innovision festival. I believe the event was scheduled to be held in 2020, but it was moved back due to the covid. It was discovered about one month ago that maze had not gotten permission to move the date, and they are looking to show a concert in America on the same date. I tried calling AXS, but they do not have a contact number, so I emailed them but never heard back. It was a complete waste of time.
If you try their live chat service, where you're told you're 100th in line, you are cut off after that. The company is still advertising and selling tickets for mazes scamming people. I decided to create an account on Twitter to chat with them. I was told because I had booked before I found out that the dates were not announced, I wasn't eligible for a refund. I contacted them back and said the issue was irrelevant since I had booked tickets to see maze that wouldn't show and was dismissed.
Excellent service and prompt delivery
I was supposed to see Bryan Adams at the O2 last week. However, the concert was canceled at the final minute. I emailed AXS for a refund as I could not attend the new date. Saxena at AXS was extremely accommodating and helped arrange a complete reimbursement in my account in just two days. It's a shame that the concert was delayed. However, I thank Saxena and AXS for their prompt assistance in arranging the refund.
