Very good product
I am absolutely glad. I'm doing away with a celebrity because the USB-A port is too near the USB-C. The tip of the Phantom C to C Cable is just too massive to use a USB-A cable at the same time. It's a chunk disappointing not that allows you to charge 2 gadgets at the identical time. Would be excellent if we can increase font size, or use vertical display. Proper now it is very tiny for my middle elderly eyes.
Such a Waste Product
Was to begin with quite inspired and happy with the battery. However its best been approximately 2 years and the batteries have misplaced almost half of the capacity (health is most effective around 60% now). Pretty terrible existence span for some thing that wasn't reasonably-priced. Tried to speak with their guide, they do not virtually care that the batteries are pretty a whole lot useless after 2 years. Not even any alternatives to update simply the batteries inside the Storm 2.
Not Recommended
MIthough the order become cancelled on the equal day, aside from an electronic mail approximately the motives for the cancellation, nothing greater occurred. It has been 3 days, zero response concerning the cancellation and refund. I don't like this method in commercial enterprise, that is a Chinese scammer enterprise. Their customer support is absolute useless. I do not recommend it! Completely waste of time and money. Stay Away from Sharge.com.
Chinese fraudsters. The company was renamed twice.
They have rebranded two times. This is a Chinese business. I put this information on their site as well.
I purchased the item through an online store and not from them. It was the Shargeek 100 that stopped working after ten charges. They refused to take any charge. I contacted their hotline email, and they didn't respond within the promised 48 hours. Ansley (their CS) said I should charge for eight hours using a power source more excellent than 30W, so I utilized an 85W charger.
There was no change after eight hours of setting (and the charger was overheating; I needed to be on guard so the device didn't burn or explode my house to the ground). The update was to Ansley, who informed me they couldn't assist me because I didn't purchase the product in their store. That's why I'm tempted to throw the item into the trash bin. Even though the item is genuine, and I am not directly responsible, I own no warranty rights.
Sharge is a tiny firm unprepared to grow into a significant company. Despite their global presence on social media and products sold at all online stores, they encourage everyone to purchase directly from their tiny shop. When you buy an item from Phillips from a third-party retailer, and it is original, they will delight in the possibility of selling it to you.
The same applies to Sony, Apple, Samsung, and so on. If you purchase an iPhone through a retail store? Yes, they will be able to service you. Shargeek? Or Sharge? No. You must purchase directly from the seller's house. Do not buy anything on Amazon or any other online retailer. These guys could also buy something on the street or purchase a counterfeit item.
NOT RECOMMENDED. Make sure you purchase your items from reputable large companies, not these individuals
Faulty ICEMAG Magnetic Wireless Power Bank
After purchasing an ICEMAG Magnetic Wireless Power Bank from SHARGE, my experience was far worse than expected. The power bank featured an obvious design flaw: it wouldn't remain plugged into an outlet - an essential function most chargers take for granted. After reaching out to their customer support for resolution five weeks ago - expecting refund - they responded slowly with delays and unresponsiveness, giving off the impression they wanted to avoid giving refunds in some manner or another. Also concerning are multiple name changes within SHARGE such as previous sharge.tech or shargeek.com), which raises more questions over future purchasing decisions made based on experience; therefore prior research must take place prior to any decision or purchase being made.
