Sensitive Screen Glitches Issueed
I thought this could be the perfect phone, however the reality is that it's not. It's extremely sensitive in certain instances and completely non-responsive in other times. It was time to turn off the glyphs glitch because it didn't make sense in terms of what was showing. It was also annoying when I went to bed at night. you're asleep. Fingerprint sensor works similar to any other smartphone. Battery life is decent. The camera's quality is excellent However, walking and recording simultaneously results in jittery recordings. Also, it looks like a fake iphone, which I do not like. This phone isn't convincing me on buying the Everything. It's a decent phone overall.

After seeing several YouTube videos that recommended it, I decided to purchase the device, and I loved the style. Unfortunately, after eight months of usage, they're less effective than I had hoped. N appropriate support
My cell phone went out of service or stuck in bricks after being shut down because of power issues. Power. I raised a support ticket and got nothing and got no reply. HI have checked my profile. The support ticket I submitted was closed without any communication with me. Another possible explanation, even though not a perfect answer, could be that EMEI is needed when you submit a support ticket. Still, EMEI isn't physically listed on the device, and I will require it to boot to confirm that it's the right one. Autocomplete was a great help with my older phone, but I cannot determine if the data is accurate. In other words, how their support functions are built. Suppose the issue is the phone's response is not satisfactory. In that case, it's impossible to create an appropriate support ticket (unless you've recorded the EMEI in some place or for an unrelated reason). I hope that they'll respond to this time! I've started a new key.
Disgusting and unethical behavior
Ridiculous customer service. I purchased their earbuds from an AUTHORISED seller. The product stopped working after six months. They claim they don't offer aftercare assistance since I didn't buy it through their website. This is disgusting and unethical behavior. You are a sham.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time! I bought new eye bud tips for my eyes less than a month ago. The payment was instant, and the sales emails were received. Then check out the other trends here ...... Nothing. I sent multiple emails, but no one has responded; I got someone to answer the phone but admitted they were ineffective. I have no idea when the item will be returned to stock or when I'll receive my order. It's like I'm not getting any information. They spend their cash on PR instead stores. I got caught up in the image and feel of the product. Ms. as well. My next buy was the phone. However, I can 100 100% guarantee that it won't occur! Poor. And it's a joke when I don't see any response to these reviews stating you should contact support and we'll be glad to assist you. ........ We've been sending out messages for a while, but no one responds!

I bought a Nothing Phone 1. I was happy with it until it fumbled around when connected to any WiFi. The device wouldn't connect, even though it said the connection was excellent. It was OK with Network data. I also created the return. I was informed three times via Chat that my screen protector would also be replaced. I purchased a second model from an alternative vendor because I needed a phone and was satisfied with the product. I received an email today that said the screen protector was not being replaced since it was in use. Of course, ........it was in the defective phone! Is it OK to keep the phone off for a few months to ensure it is in good condition? I'm waiting on an exchange or refund, but no replacement protector. I've made a .... significant error in trusting the company and purchasing another to replace the one I had! Customer support and service after sale 5. I hope they see that companies cannot provide good customer service!

Terrible Customer Service! It took about 15 days to get emails, and now I'm waiting another 15 days for an answer! This is just ineffective. The headphones haven't worked properly since day 1. Drop connection will always ask to be set up, but they cannot change your software... unusual!

Words can't express how bad the customer service provided by this company is... I've ever encountered a service as an inefficient, chaotic, and unorganized company with employees who don't know of procedures, where any query has to go to finance for a response, and there's no response until I follow up. It's been more than one month and a half I have yet to receive my refund for an issue on their website where they charged me PS10 delivery for a PS25 phone case. ?!?! I also asked for reimbursement for the case since it's not user-friendly however I am still waiting for "finance to reply to their request. WHAT A SHOCKINGLY AWFUL START-UP COMPANY. COULD YOU NOT BUY FROM THEM? It's a shame because I love the design of the items. However, I've never seen services like this before!

The previous post was left on the 9th of August, requesting a refund, and I was informed that someone would contact me with an update. It's been eight days without communication of theirs. The total time from the time I requested a refund is 18 days. Customer service is not available once they have your money. My partner also purchased one from nothing. Tech, which he then canceled, having bought one on Amazon with a faster delivery date. Two weeks later, they never replied, saying that the cancellation was made too late; however, they said they would not accept delivery after it was delivered, and he did. Almost one month later, he's still in the process of waiting on a PS450 refund. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FAILING COMPANY!

Customer service has been abysmal
The payment was for my PS20 pre-order cost. I was assured of being able to place my order on the launch day, 12. I also received my phone before it became accessible for non-pre-order customers. I received my voucher on 12th July and ordered the next day. It's now the 19th, and my order is not being fulfilled. I have not received any response to my requests for an update on delivery from Nothing. I understand that they're the first company to launch. However, their launch is a disaster. Pre-orders promised the user a phone, but this is not the situation. The phone will be available for general sale within the next 48 hours. I feel cheated and misled. ....... Customer service has been abysmal.

I contacted the delivery service and gave them the tracking number, but they told me the number was incorrect because it was not under my name or coming to the address I provided.
