Shocking customer service!
Shocking customer service! I needed a handle replacement for my wardrobe. It's a simple task. It shouldn't be happening in the first place, but it did. The customer service was terrible. Ten minutes waiting for a live chat, after which a representative called Zoe telling me, "Thank you for your patience," and similar phrases every minute for 20 minutes straight. Then they asked me to explain my issue as if I hadn't thought of it before! What are they doing? Are they just wasting their time?
