Didn't produce the most professional work
They charge too much for simple tattoos, and each tattoo we saw from our friends was damaged or not straight. We could see two artists who didn't produce the most professional work. One of them did not respect one of our acquaintances.
An excellent job
One reason we flew out of Alabama to be here is the gorgeous facility, warm and welcoming staff, and, most importantly, stunning tattoos. Chris was a pleasure to work with and assured me that I would be at ease, and did an excellent job on my behalf. I am looking forward to our next visit to this area.

I am disappointed
My first tattoo on this site was as a walk-in. I am disappointed that I got it. The color was highly messy when I first received it. The artist also forgot to include the depth details (where the tattoo was meant to shine). I requested an adjustment. The artist was beneficial and patient and even offered to touch up my tattoo at no cost. The second time I had my tattoo, it was unfinished and uneven. Furthermore, I have unattractive tattoo marks that are likely to remain. The artist was amiable and personable. I was forced to travel for four hours away from another city to have a touch-up done and am still left with a disappointing tattoo and scars from the tattoo.
The staff and the environment were professional
I was in Austin from Dallas just a couple of weeks back and was looking for an updated tattoo. There are numerous possibilities in Austin. I read the positive testimonials and decided to check out Sacrament. I am so glad I did! The staff and the environment were professional, welcoming, and comfortable right from when I entered the front door until I left.
The reception desk was highly informative, as was my tattooist. Jacob was terrific! I am completely in love with my tattoo. My tattoo was basic and a bit smaller, but it came exactly how I wanted it to, and I am content. The price was precisely what I wanted as well as reasonable considering the excellent work they put in. Go to Sacrament Tattoo in Austin! :)

This is my second time having tattoos done by Elmo, and yet again, Elmo did an outstanding job!
