Quick, helpful and promptin the middle of a snowstorm, not even a minute! It was an emergency circumstance (that was not the responsibility on the part of SJ) which is why they were able to get our boiler up and running in less than 2 hours from the first phone call. This turned an otherwise stressful day into an enjoyable one. The owner, the fuel delivery driver, boiler technician and owner were very nice. I highly recommend!

S&J exceeds expectations when it comes to an emergency with no heat and hot water problems. Our boiler failed, and after several unsuccessful attempts to repair it by other technicians, the only one who could fix it was S&, who managed the long and tedious process of determining the issue and repainted. If no other plumber and boiler repair service could solve the problem, S&J sent out Larry Lewis, and he was able to get the job done. We highly recommend Larry Lewis and S&J management for being patient with us while we worked out the issue. Five sI give it five, and I would recommend it to family, colleagues, and friends.
This company appears to be very understaffed
This company appears to be very understaffed. They aren't there when they claim they will. They will always take your details down and tell you that I'll call you back but then do not. They seem to care on the phone but don't get taken in by the appearance of caring. That's the level of attention they show.

Fast, helpful, and responsive- in the middle of a snowstorm! We were in a crisis (that was not the responsibility of SJ) which is why they were able to get the boiler functioning within two hours from the initial telephone call. They turned an otherwise stressful day into an enjoyable one.
The owner, the fuel delivery driver, and the technicians for the boiler were amiable. I highly recommend it!
Behavior is not professional and rude
November 11th, they arrived to repair the boiler.
The technician was fantastic! I requested the service contract at that time and several times after over the course of two months.
When I finally received it, they gave me an answer that they would not pay for it.
Maybe they don't want customers with contracts to buy oil and then be charged the total price for repairs covered by an agreement.
Their behavior is not professional and rude.
