Contango Oil & Gas Company has some of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. The staff needs to be more helpful and responsive, and I have been left with unanswered questions and unresolved issues after multiple attempts to contact them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Contango Oil & Gas Company's products are overpriced and unreliable. Despite their claims of top-notch quality, I have had too many issues with their products breaking down and needing to be replaced. I look elsewhere for better value and performance.
POOR SERVICE!
Terrible owner services! They have taken over my mineral rights and told me the direct deposit I made would be transferred into their company...Now they're over a month in their payments and tell me that they are unable to make the transfer of the DD.
Additionally, their owner service email is simply an auto-generated email saying they're "overwhelmed" with emails. POOR SERVICE!!

There is a saying a leopard never changes its spots. Well there is a leopard there or did work there Farley Dakan, or I guess he goes by William F. Dakan he is a bully has been one since grade school a horrible one. Why do i know because he bullied me every day he made my life hell and I am a woman. I never did anything to him, he thought he was better than everyone else. He grew up in Eldorado, Tx lol and how anyone can think they are better than anyone there is ludicrous. The funny thing is his dad was a foreman on a ranch or a pumper. It was an everyday normal job, not making millions he seemed to pretend he was. I was finally able to get out of Eldorado and my life did get better and everything he did and said to me, new people had to tell me everything he said was a lie and he was a pos. Yes, I know it was a million years ago. My life is amazing I have beautiful kids and amazing beautiful grandchildren, but I’m telling you this type of bullying no matter what you do is always with you a little ptsd. It messed with your self confidence, trusting anyone with anything and everything I’m telling you to this day there are still underlying issues. There is a reason I’m sure why he’s not on Facebook and other social media. I’m sure he found another me to bully. He bullied other people too but i don’t know why he picked me to bully more than others. I believe in karma and from what I’ve seen it does come around. But the way he treated people lied, manipulated people i don’t see him to have ever changed. With his president job of company I’m sure he’s living in a huge home with the trophy wife with 2 kids and 4 grandkids. You know those people never get it hard or struggle, but he will have to answer hopefully one day when he meets his maker. I had just seen a friend I had forgotten about it made me think of that terrible time so I was looking to see if he might have changed but he is nowhere to be seen other than this website that said he worked or works there and I saw your review so I was just wondering if he is still up to his old tricks and maybe see what he looks like because what you said describes what he is capable of, and sometimes your bully well let’s just say time catches up with them. Please don’t think I’m crazy because if you were ever bullied just a little bit you will know what I’m talking about and like I said yes a million years ago but littlest trigger can bring back the smallest or biggest memories in your life no matter what age. I wish you luck and hope you get what is owed to you, and more luck with your business endeavor. Sorry for taking up your time.
