In July 2023, I engaged their services, paying 50% upfront for a mission with a promised crowning glory timeframe of three months. However, as of March 2024, there has been no development, no communication concerning the popularity, and worst of all, no refunds have been initiated.

    Throughout this ordeal, my interactions have mainly been with Ryan Sherman. Despite my chronic tries to are seeking updates and backbone, there has been a whole silence on their part. This utter loss of responsiveness has simplest exacerbated the experience of uncertainty and disillusionment.

    As a client, I hold companies answerable for honoring their commitments and turning in on their guarantees. Regrettably, NetReputation has failed to uphold even the most simple standards of professionalism and customer support. The absence of development, verbal exchange, and the failure to trouble refunds displays a troubling disregard for consumer pride and moral business practices.

    Reliable Service, but Room for Improvement

    I would have loved to have offered me an extra piece each month, as I believe it would be a bit quicker however they managed things very well and were able to deliver what that they said they'd do for me and my company.

    I can't believe that so many people gave this firm five-star reviews. This is not what happened to me, and if I could give less than one star, I would do it. My situation is quite different from all of their "satisfied" clients.

    When I called the team and spoke with them over the phone, everything seemed and was presented as more than excellent. I received the contract over an email and signed it without hesitation. I paid not the whole amount but half in advance. Brian and James were with me throughout the process and never left me in the dark, which was extremely kind, even though they never did anything.

    I wanted to take this opportunity to commend Trey at Net Reputation. I've enjoyed working with NR for almost a year now. During a challenging period, NR, specifically Trey, demonstrated incredible patience with me and always put my best interest first. There were some bumps and holes along the way, but Trey persevered, even when it would have been very understandable for him not to do so. I am grateful he was able to clear up some erroneous information on the web.

    Ineffective Assistance from NetReputation Caused More Stress

    When I make a mistake, it's one thing. I can own it. When someone is just making things up about me that can affect me personally and professionally, I have to act. Patrick and Trey with NetReputation added to a lot of stress and anxiety.

    The only thing I need to ask for is unrealistic time expectations. They said two-four days, and it did take longer. That's fine; that's the nature of the game. But getting an unrealistic timeline from them will help to increase your stress.

    Empty Promises And Deceptive Practices

    I paid thousands for removing negative online posts within 90 days, but I was charged without actual work being done. To make matters worse, the company repeatedly lied about processing a refund, which they never did.

    My tip for other consumers would be not to use this company at all, or at the very least, only pay them after successfully delivering the promised service. In my case, they guaranteed a full refund if the posts were not removed within 90 days, but they failed to honor their commitment, leaving me highly dissatisfied with their services.

    I can't believe so many people gave this firm five-star reviews on other platforms. This is not what happened to me, and if I could give them less than one star, I definitely would. My situation is quite different from all of their "satisfied" clients. When I called the team and spoke with them over the phone, everything seemed and was presented as more than excellent.

    I received the contract over an email and signed it without hesitation. I paid not the whole amount but half of it in advance. Brian and James were with me throughout the process and never left me in the dark, which was highly kind even though they never did anything...

    So, the pleasant narrative concludes here! When the assignment wasn't completed, the contract wasn't performed, and the target wasn't met, I began to raise questions even though it wasn't near our agreement.

    These questions were never fully and adequately answered, and although we could agree on a refund, I still haven't received anything from them. It feels like they are intentionally dragging their feet in responding to me. They seem to be actively avoiding contact, and not only did I not get what I had paid for, but I'm also left with little hope of recovering my money.

    Their so-called professionalism completely disappeared on the final day of work. I would advise everyone to be cautious when dealing with them.

    Communication and Refund Process Very Poor

    I hired NetReputation to remove false allegations about my sexual assault from blog sites. They quoted me a price and provided a contract stating they'd eliminate the content within 90 days or less; otherwise, I'd be eligible for a refund. I went ahead and made the payment.

    As time passed, I kept sending emails to get updates and provide any additional information they might need. Unfortunately, many of my emails went unanswered for extended periods, prompting me to make phone calls. During one of these calls, I talked with an individual who claimed to be the owner or head of the company. He assured me that he was diligently working on getting the blog posts removed. He even asked if I had a police record that could expedite the process. I promptly emailed him a copy of the police report, along with the document from the District Attorney confirming my attacker's admission of guilt for not only my assault but also for two other rapes and a murder.

    When the 90-day period passed, I reached out again, requesting a full refund. However, I received no response. Then, I remembered an email from urging me to leave a review. So, I did just that. Strangely enough, right after my study was published, I received an email offering a full refund. It struck me that the refund came only after I had posted the review.

    Subsequently, I received numerous calls from their accounting department and legal counsel, pressuring me to update the review. It was quite perplexing, considering I hadn't experienced such persistent communication from them when I initially paid $2500 for their services.

    In conclusion, I won't consider using their services again. The lack of communication was frustrating enough, but what's worse is that it took a review to prompt them to give me a refund. Even more bizarre is their incessant calling about the study, whereas they failed to invest the same effort into removing the blog posts I had paid them to eliminate. Notably, they issued the refund only after I had already posted my initial review, not when I had initially requested the refund via email.

    I'm pleased Netreputation pushed down some harmful content on Google's search results. You see, I have an arrest record, and on top of that, I run a small business. It was frustrating because whenever anyone looked up my name or tried to find out about the owner of my company, they would instantly conclude that my business was some scam, all because of my record. It's been incredibly disheartening, especially considering how much effort I've put into building a legitimate business.

    The statement you've made below is inaccurate. Why would I specifically request the removal of just two sites? It doesn't add up.     I would strongly advise exercising caution when considering NetReputation's services. While I believe they attempted to fulfill their promise of removing or hiding a negative article associated with my name, my experience with them was highly disappointing. Despite numerous emails and phone calls over eight months, many of which went unanswered, they could not achieve the intended outcome.

    Although they did publish some articles, they were placed below the targeted article, rendering their efforts ineffective. In hindsight, I recommend opting for a company that operates on a pay-after-results model. Unfortunately, I paid NetReputation $2,500 upfront for a service that was not successfully executed.

    I meticulously reviewed the contract before agreeing, and it appeared sound. Regrettably, I am unable to locate the original agreement at this time. Given my experience, I urge others to learn from my mistake and exercise thorough research and caution when engaging with similar services. Choosing a reputable company that can deliver on its promises and provides the desired outcomes is essential before committing to any financial arrangement.
