They were not all friendly with my kids
The photographers were good. However, they were not all friendly with my kids (3yr and ten months old). I looked at the pictures, and they looked fantastic until I received my final images. Two of the 12 were in the center, and two were not. The remainder were my kids ' feet and heads cut off or bent. I called them and left a few messages because they do not have representatives to speak with. I went to emails, and they responded and sent me two pictures from the previous package, which were in good condition. The company did not correct or resent any of the photos that were damaged.
Terrible experience and a total waste of 300 dollars
They didn't even show common manners
We spent 3 hours waiting for an artist who didn't bother to appear. They didn't even show common manners to tell us they didn't plan to offer. Don't waste time with a business that doesn't care about your privacy. You can also expect to see your phone number blocked on the day of your scheduled appointment.

Using the Life365 app was an excellent experience. The photographer we hired, Elijah, was patient and accommodating. He captured all the needed information and ensured we got the best photos. Thank you very much. Thank you!!
Wonderful experience
The nerves I felt were immense before the evening since I was unsure what to expect from the baby and Joel. I even considered canceling and changing the date. Then I let it happen, and let me say that it was awe-inspiring! Joel was delighted with my baby. Thank you for this beautiful experience! Gentle, sweet, and fun.
