It took ages to get a simple response, and when I finally did, they seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns.
The quality of the pictures they provided for our business needs was subpar. I expected high quality, as mentioned in their reviews, but I got nothing but. The images were poorly composed, and it was evident that little effort was put into ensuring they met professional standards.
Additionally, the supposed expertise in dealing with clients was nowhere to be seen. They were unprofessional and failed to create a positive working relationship. It felt like they were more interested in completing the job quickly rather than ensuring client satisfaction.

Treston and his crew have been a pleasure to work with, especially the drone videography they capture. Watching them perform when they shoot cinematic videos were terrific.
