When I placed my latest order this weekend, I had to change the order just before when the order was due to be delivered.
Due to the 13.5-hour difference in time between Australia and the USA and the fact that it was a Saturday and I couldn't contact Sharleen, my most helpful Customer Service Representative at BWH.
I was unable to make the necessary changes in the automated order confirmation.
I had to wait until the weekend to communicate with Sharleen, who dealt with the issue promptly and quickly.
