    I've even tried emailing twice but with no response

    I've waited more than 48 hours for auto quotes but haven't received any quotes. I've even tried emailing twice but with no response. Not even an acknowledgment. It was a terrible service. I do not think I'd like an account on account - whatever it is, definitely not as a condition to review a terrible service.

    The only response I receive is Send an email

    When dealing with an insurance provider, I don't like any fumbling. If I contact an insurance firm, it's acceptable; I'll give them five stars. As I get further into"just say, "Just Say," or "Press ..." the more stars begin to fall. If I provide my address, zip code, and other information to a robotic voice multiple times at different levels, the time I spend is wasted since I'll eventually have to meet with a live person and repeat what I've given up to the robotic employee. However, when I call an incoming number to obtain answers to my questions, the only response I receive is "Send an email," 1 rating.
