    Incorrect Items and Delayed Delivery

    This is my first time buying and receiving an incorrect pair of pants. Later, I contacted you to tell me they were not in stock. I purchased an appropriate blouse and pants for an event, but the situation did not benefit me. Also, I placed an order for multiple pieces with this purchase, and the items have arrived one at a time in the main. I'm waiting to receive the item. I'm not happy in the least.

    It took my shipment more than a month to be delivered. When I finally got the dress, it was way past the time I needed it. I'm glad I found another choice, because this dress looked cheap and poorly made. I will never order from them again!

    Sizing Issue and Emails Troubles

    The sizing for the items I purchased is way off. The Ursula outfit, specifically the dress, was significantly oversized (I'll be returning it). Furthermore, there was no indication of separate shipping for the tentacles, which arrived but unfortunately don't fit because they're too small. It's pretty perplexing to order from a plus-size site, select your size, and then have only half of the order be suitable. I'm devastated by this experience. I've also been experiencing issues with emails disappearing before I can open them.

    Placed an order on September 11, 2023 order #Ginneyer2011 recd confirmation of order never recd confirmation of order being processed or shipped. Sent email on October 4, 2023 regarding where is my order. Recd an email reply that the order was delivered without date if delivery and was advised to check around my home, ask neighbors and to contact the post office..Well as of today still have not recd my package and another email has been sent as of October 16,2023 with request for either a resend of items or refund as it has been over a month. IF ARE LOOKING FOR CUTE PLUS SIZE CLOTHING PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE.

    Completely DISHONEST! They use Bait & Switch to move merchandise. In other word they show you one thing and when you buy it, they send something quite different. They take no responsibility for their own mistakes and do very little or as in my case, nest to NOTHING, to get issues resolved to your satisfaction!

    Do not order from xpluswear...they sent partial of my order, had to contact them, then they told me that they would replace it, then 1 week later, the email said they are sending the item that was missing...then I get a email that that sent my package to the wrong address somewhere in Chicago...I never gave them that address...so now they saying I have to track the package down....I told them want my money back several times and I keep getting the runaround...Do not order from that company....

    it took almost a month for delivery. I order a green sequence dress that came with only 3 rows not completely covered . and no slip under like the picture. The dress doesn't look like nothing like the picture. the outfit looks half made . just all the way wrong . definitely scamming.

    I placed an order on August 11, 2023 and only received part of my order. I never received any emails regarding my unshipped item until I reached out. As of today September 6, 2023, my order still hasn't shipped and I was only offered a $10 credit. please be advise this was scam also because the credit was never applied. I order this dress for my 20th class reunion and now I'm stressing at the last minute to find another dress. After I requested a full refund they decided ot to Ship the dress. I was told on August 30, 2023 they will expedite the shipping but guess what, my order still wasn't shipped. I won't recommend this site to my worst enemy. I will be contacting Better Buisness Buearu about them. Don't waste your time or money!

    I purchased an item over 4 weeks ago from their site for a concert, and to see if their products were legit. I received the item, but it looked ( and felt) like a cheap imitation of the photos on their site, and the material made my skin itch. So, WITHIN the return deadline, I sent my item back in the exact condition I received it. I emailed X Plus informing them I needed a refund for my return, and I received an email from them 3 weeks ago, assuring me that I will be compensated. Not only has the X Plus Wear company FAILED to confirm they received my item, but they NEVER refunded my money!!!!!!!!!!!!

    As an added bonus, the phone number and address they suggested to contact on the status of my return in their email response,

There is ZERO customer service & 2 months later , I am still waiting on a refund. The continual automatic email responses & I am beyond pissed. SCAM.

    Do not, I repeat do not order from this site. The clothes are not true to the size. It states 30 days free return but I have contact support for a week now and no one is responding. I need to send the clothes back because they are to big and 1 item did not come as it was pictured. I did everything they asked me to do and no one has responded to my request to return since I asked for a full refund. Please do not order from this site.

I just ordered some things from them, saw some cute stuff for cheap so I said why not, I been ordering from Temu and they are legit so I gave this company a try, hopefully I will get my shit at some point and time, I should of known it was a scam when I googled the name Ginnyer.com nothing comes up for that name.

    I bought 2 of the same dress. It was the red prom one shoulder ruffle satin dress. I got one in 2x and one in 3x. The 3x arrived but I never got the 2x dress. When I received the dress I was upset. The dress I received was pink, it was supposed to be one shoulder but instead there were two, the dress was supposed to have ruffles along the dress and there were no ruffles, and the fabric was costume material. I asked for a refund and I wanted it to go back to the original payment. They said they could only return 40% back.

    I also was trying to go back to the link of the dress so I can write a review. Turns out the page does not exist anymore. They took the dress off the market. It's been hours and they have not emailed be back, they have not given me a reason why I can only get 40% back, and they haven't sent me a return label.

    The process of returning the dress is just a prank. The dress was not as in the photo. Then I initiated the process of replacing it. The company is trying to hold the cash. There's noThere are videos or any other information since they do not offer refunds for free. You can receive a complete refund or a portion if you purchase a return. This is a bit of a problem.

    I’ve seen soooo many reviews from customers about these clothes, finally ordered several items. Needless to say the items took forever to arrive and after getting my items They looked NOTHING like pictures, materials were cheap and they NOT true to size!!!! Trying to return them were even worse, you have to send an email, wait for a reply and then accept a lesser amount than pain in the exchange for another poor quality item!!!

    I ordered transparent pants and the transparent part was orange. The looked nothing like the picture I ordered! The had a natural hip sew in one side of the pants and not in the other. I ordered in February and received at the end of April I waited that long just to get something not made as advertised. Not only that they would not give me a refund.

    I bought a jumpsuit. It's advertised as transparent, but it's not. It's advertised as having sequins. There isn't one sequin; what I received doesn't look as good as those pictures, and it's false advertising. You advertised $72 and then offered a refund of $32. Poor business! Know that you're getting scammed.

    The second time I have reviewed, and if you listen to the reviewers writing positive reviews, they've paid them. I'm sure you will agree with me. I took an opportunity with one of these off-brand firms, and they gave me an amount of 127$. I wouldn't wish for anyone else to commit the same mistake. The entire outfit was constructed of the same fabric, even the dress for the evening. The material was one that I had not seen before. It was cheap but inexpensive; everything went to the dump. The most straightforward money I've ever tossed away. They're trying to get you in if they reply to my review. Don't spend your money!

    The item isn't what you would have hoped for. It's not the best quality. However, I can say that the colors are vivid. The dress I purchased is skinny; you could feel it through the fabric, while the other does not look like the original. I won't order anything else.

    I ordered a dress from them for an important event and they sent me the wrong printed dress, so I emailed their customer support. All I asked for was for them to send me what I actually ordered, they immediately started talking about refund, and returning the item. They said the customer is responsible for paying shipping when returning an item and they could offer a $6 refund for the dress, or a $16 store card for a future purchase (of which I would never). The dress wasn’t expensive, well nothing on their site is expensive , but offering $6 for a $40 dress is inexcusable. Beyond the fact I never asked for a refund nor did I think it should be my responsibility to return the dress they sent , especially since it was just their fault they sent the wrong order.

    Further communication, they changed their tone and said:
    “ Dear customer
    Thank you for your reply, we have verified that what we sent out is indeed what you ordered, if you have any good ideas, please feel free to let us know
    Best regards”

    Like what is that?! So I had to show a screenshot of my receipt to prove to them that they were actually wrong and sent me something different from what I ordered. Ridiculous. Then they replied with instructions on returning the dress, never offered to send what I actually paid for, even though I asked numerous times, and then wanted me to pay for shipping for their error ? Trash company. I’ll never order again.

    To add to it all, the dress was thin and cheap material, and arrived over two weeks after I ordered. I ended getting something from somewhere else for the event, and truly wasted my time communicating with their customer service.

    OH, and their website will not let you make a review if you want to rate it low. A joke of a company, the plus size community dear better than this.

Although the thing initially sent could not be returned, I provided a part gift card, which could be another er better ling item. I love it!     I've ordered from Xplus since the beginning of this year. I'm 6' tall and wear a size 28. Finding clothing that makes me feel confident about my appearance is a struggle. The time for delivery is lengthy but worth it. The dress is of good quality and flatters my figure nicely. One of the best things is that I don't need to be concerned about anyone wearing my clothes. It's the most secretive. A significant celebration is scheduled for June, and I cannot wait for my purchase to arrive!

    I ordered a dress January 8, 2023, received the order on March 13, 2023. The dress received was NOT the dress advertised. I received a TOTALLY different dress, made from a different form material, and horrible design. I contacted Support services, and response received was NOT satisfactory, especially since I included pictures. HORRIBLE dress and customer care.

    There's no way to tell when you'll receive the clothes. I'm still waiting for clothes or placed an order over one month ago. To make me feel better, they gave me a gift card a few weeks ago, and I received it today after contacting them about it. I believe this website could earn money with better shipping and allowed photo reviews.

    the advertised photo of the item is completely different then what I recieved, in the photo the material looks like a thick wool material, the knots are different and the color is different, you should be ashamed of yourselves for advertising a photo that is not what you have in inventory

    I received my dress within 2 weeks of ordering which is great. But the dress was poorly made and with cheap/thin fabric. It looked nothing like the picture. Trashed it the same night of receiving it. I have never been so displeased and disappointed about an online order. I didn't waste my time or money on shipping it back because that would have been just as much as I paid and more than what it was worth. Wish no stars was an option!

      There are 2 phases in an order ---- processing time and shipping time. The processing time is the time for the warehouse to prepare, inspect and pack the order. If the order is a pre-order, (The full name of the item has the word pre order), the processing time may reach one to two months. Plusing the shipping time, your waiting time may be more than a month.

      Given that your order can't be shipped until March, it is very possible that your remaining orders belong to Pre-orders. But you are slways allowed to contact our customer service team in advance for an estimated delivery time. If it cannot be delivered as expected, you can ask for a cancellation of the order before shipment.

    I ordered two pieces last year around Aug-Sep. and they were quick to charge my card,but this is the clicker about one month later they start sending me emails saying they were out of stock.Now you took my money knowing you didn't have the product,this went on til in Jan.they sent me a jumpsuit looking like a five year old did it and finally yesterday they sent me this bull crap of a blue jean long jacket made out of this foam ass material ,the shoulders are poorly snitched and it's uneven.It will. e a cold day in hell if I ever buy anything from them again,And I will be reporting them to BBB, How dare you take my money and put such a poor ass product out there and you need to stop showing those fake ass commercials.
