Damaged Books in Recent Purchase
After having just picked the books, I observed it is The Thirty Nothing one is very seriously damaged. It looks like it's gotten wet and has ink stains. It's extremely disappointing.I am glad to see that the books were well-loved however, there's a distinct difference between a book that is loved and one that is ready to go into the garbage.
It was a waste of cash
It was received quickly. However, the book was soiled, damaged, and dried food stuck onto the cover. I will never purchase from them again since I was told it was in excellent condition when I bought it. It was a waste of cash. I sent a complaint email.....no response.
I was unsure
The items I purchased, as far in condition, are in excellent condition. The time it took for me to get the goods. It was ordered on May 5th and wasn't received until the 19th. It's the first time I've had something take this long to arrive the way I received the order. I didn't get a tracking number or any other information. I was unsure if I would ever get the number.
Get a refund but without success
The 5th day of notifying you of one parcel that was sent to an address I did not know. The second one has not arrived. I've tried to get a refund but without success. I want to be reimbursed since I'm annoyed with how you treat me.
They were all good books
They were all good books; however, "Like New" didn't warrant the description. The pencil eraser was an excellent addition to the dust jacket. However, the corners appeared a little bummed, and I'd have looked for another option in a bookstore. "Very Good" would have sufficed. I would have been disappointed had it not come in the highly enticing 4-for-the-price of 3 deal (where it was the most costly).
The price was great
The book I purchased was securely packed, and given that it was ordered over the New Year's and Christmas Year break, it was delivered fast. It was described by the seller by the company as "good" but was practically new. The price was great; in comparison, the same book on a website selsellingthing from pins to anchors was selling for PS24.99. I am a massive fan of WOB and tent with my purchases.
I was a bit disappointed
I was a bit disappointed to find the plastic bag was broken, which meant that the dust covers of the books were exposed.
It's hard to tell if the damage had already occurred since the two books weren't new and the packaging is simply the plastic of a post bag, then it's to be expected, and the possibility of damage exists.
It was a good thing it wasn't raining, and I couldn't snap a picture, so I'm unable to prove it, which I find beneficial. I typically enjoy the excellent service and speedy delivery.
I purchased two books simultaneously
I purchased two books simultaneously, one from Wob, and while the other was from a different online retailer, the latter was 40% cheaper than the other seller. They were the same book that one was purchased for a different person.
I'm a massive fan of wob, but I believe that the exact item could be listed under a different name in this case, which is somewhat misleading. The book suddenly stopped being available from the lower-cost seller. It's a bit of a hassle not to be in the same book, which is rare. However, the more expensive one was readily accessible.
Because of the cheap packaging, the item came with damage from an impact. I am aware of the motives and the costs associated with the packaging, but the book priced over PS20 ought to be packaged better than one priced at PS3.

The selection and accessibility of books are excellent. The book is a good read used for a lifetime but could be easily given to others (maybe I'd suggest that people think about not using highlighters within the books! ). It's an excellent way to recycle reading.
A book cover that has been cut
After a long time for my book, I finally received it and it was severely slashed across the jacket and the front cover with a sharp blade. I will never purchase from WOB in the future.
